I have been using the Demming road location for a number of years now and the pharmacy has become awful. today took the cake though. I had surgery today and the hospital place order for a prescription for OxyContin for my pain management while I recover. My mom who is my ride went in the store to retrieve for me at 1:50 pm and was first told that it was out of stock. Then when they saw it was for 14 pills they said they could fill. I am in the car waiting at the time of this writing and it is now 2:45 and she is still in the store waiting. I think it is time for a new pharmacy manager that cares about the customer and not just doing a job. I am going to switch to CVS. Very bad management.

Review for pharmacist who administers flu shots.We used this pharmacy to get a flushot for our kid. The pharmacist who administers the shot was very apathetic. He had zero compassion or concern for my kids injection anxiety. He is not qualified for the job.

Why is it that every time you call you get a different answer as to why the medication has not been filled. They have no idea what they are doing in this pharmacy. The head of the pharmacy at this Deming St location D. is very rude and not willing to help.

I have almost always had very good eexperiences here with this Pharmacy and Store. There were a few hiccups with my Prescriptions on varying occasions but the Pharmacy Manager immediately took control of the situation and found where the problem had occurred and he assured me that it would not happen again. He gave me his word that he would personally be the one to dispense my Medications to ascertain that there would not be any further issues until all other employees were properly instructed by him how to correctly read and fill my Prescriptions. I am very happy with the Exceptional Service that I receive from this Pharmacy.

The review is specifically for the pharmacy. On multiple occasions, they have failed to communicate when they are unable to fulfill my prescriptions fully. On 3different occasions my husband has gone to pick up my medications and they give him what they have and send him on his way. When he gets home to my surprise I am missing medication. Instead of them saying we are missing one of the prescriptions due to not having it in stock, they say nothing and send him on his way. One time we were traveling out of the country the next day when this happened and it became a nightmare trying to get if filled before we left. The straw that broke the camels back that has lead me to write this review, is after having surgery I prescribed meds, which includes pain meds.My husband once again went to pick them up and they give them what they have and fail to communicate they do not have the pain meds. After being in so much pain for the entire day and coming out of my anesthesia daze I decide to look at my paperwork to ensure I have all my meds and once again I do not!!! They never told my husband they couldn’t fulfill the entire order.The lack of communication from the pharmacy is unacceptable!!

No longer helpful to customers! Belligerent Pharmacist on Saturday night, would not try to put medication charge thru to Good RX, was told " to do it yourself ", always had wonderful help there , times are changing I guess n so am I. Do not need this attitude.

Waited at the pharmacy drive-thru window for 10 minutes until finally one of the pharm-techs came and put up a sign ("phone system is down, please come in"). Nice. Wish it was there earlier, since it was obviously printed a while ago. Usually great service, but not this time

Employee at the photo counter needs to learn how to read shipping labels. Mine clearly was for FedEx Smartpost which says can be taken by any Walgreen’s location. Girl worker said she’s not supposed to take those and I’d need an actual FedEx box next time. No I don’t? Train the staff better.

Would've been nice if the staff made some effort to help me find an item that was moved. The cashier just shrugged he 'didn't know' and sat on his chair behind the register. Another staff member stated she 'didn't know and only worked on Sundays'. The manager, I was told, was 'in the back'. Needless to say, I left without my item, and purchased it elsewhere. In addition, there are frequently items on the shelves way past the sell-by date.
