Staff should do a better job having the outside drive through being for pickups for prescriptions that are ready now. Not for questions, or call the doctor, or call my insurance. It shouldn't take 5 mins per car.

Worst Pharmacy service I have ever received. My son has a disease which requires various medications and every single time I have tried using this location there is a problem.

I used to love coming to this store specifically the pharmacy but today was it this lady at the pharmacy is so rude I just had surgery and I was trying to tell her something she rolled her eyes at me twice like she was bothered because I couldn't speak quick she didn't let me finish talking whatsoever rude rude she looks Japanese or Chinese something she needs a talk from her manager about customer service and how to treat a person is not the first time the first time she had a attitude was with another lady another day and I said maybe she is having a bad. Day but no she is rude everyday everytime shame .... rather go to cvs or somewhere else where you get treated right and with respect ohh I asked her name and she completely ignored me

very poor experience with the pharmacy today, all of a sudden I stopped getting reminders for my prescriptions. So I called in and ordered what I was low on, by name.. I went in today to pick up and my Farxiga prescription went from $ 47.00 to $ 100.00. I asked why the increase and the young lady said you'll need to contact your insurance company, we don't control that. So I went home and called my insurance company. the insurance rep. told me it was because Walgreen's substituted The Farxiga I requested with a generic drug. I drove back to Walgreen's and the same young lady waited on me, I explained what the insurance rep. told me and the young lady said we might be out of Farxiga and in that case they will substitute the generic. I asked her to please check, sure enough they refilled the Farxiga and the pharmacist came over. I asked how this could happen when I requested Farxiga and his response was the system will automaticly refill with generis drugs. So I asked how do I prevent this from happening again. his response was just specify the Farxiga...I'm not happy with this visit. They can't keep their stories straight.

This place is sooooo slow. They don't answer the phones for the pharmacy. The lines in the drive up are awful. It sometimes takes days to get your prescription. They tell you a time it will be ready and it's not. Terrible.

Currently on no pain meds as we I write this. I just got out of surgery at 12:30pm. I came in to pick up meds at 12:30 pm nothing was ready besides my nausea meds. My fiancé went to pick up my meds at 4:15 pm and still wasn’t ready. I’m now on the phone and it’s been 20 mins and I’m still on hold. It quite literally hurts to breathe and cry. I do not recommend this pharmacy for after surgery. You’ll be in pain waiting . .

Pharmacy issues, so not happy will never go there again. When you don't accept your insurance they don't tell you that up front, I have Anthem blue cross blue shield and it's not accepted here, the excuse was they don't have a contract with them. Don't you think your job is to inform customers of this before you fill a prescription. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN.

The manager tonight helped me out in a bind. He was very nice, went out of his way and I am grateful that he helped me. I have never had any problems at this store. Everyone is always polite and helpful. The store is always clean and stocked well. Open 24 hours is always a plus.

Made an appointment and waited for over half an hour to get the vaccine. While waiting, nobody updates about when to get the vaccine. Then I had to ask but was told insurance information is not active and cannot get the vaccine. Employees were all busy and didn’t care.

The pharmacy is always open and helpful. Store has very helpful staff. I drive here from all the way on the west side of hartford because there's literally no Walgreens pharmacy open anywhere near me....

Every time I have visited the Main Street location in Manchester CT there has been a dog in there. It's not a support or seeing eye dog, no special collar or vest; just small dogs walking on a leash or in its owners arms. It's not the same dog, but a different one every time. I don't understand why dogs are being allowed in the store. Last time the dog was barking at everyone that walked by. It was extremely alarming and anxiety inducing. Not only is it dangerous and inappropriate but also extremely unsanitary, especially when they pee on the floor. This kind of behavior is extremely appalling. I have been bit by dogs in the past for just walking past them and am very allergic to them as well. It is a drugstore not a doggy daycare. I'm wondering if I should be finding myself a new pharmacy.
