Why is it that every time you call you get a different answer as to why the medication has not been filled. They have no idea what they are doing in this pharmacy. The head of the pharmacy at this Deming St location D. is very rude and not willing to help.

I have almost always had very good eexperiences here with this Pharmacy and Store. There were a few hiccups with my Prescriptions on varying occasions but the Pharmacy Manager immediately took control of the situation and found where the problem had occurred and he assured me that it would not happen again. He gave me his word that he would personally be the one to dispense my Medications to ascertain that there would not be any further issues until all other employees were properly instructed by him how to correctly read and fill my Prescriptions. I am very happy with the Exceptional Service that I receive from this Pharmacy.

No longer helpful to customers! Belligerent Pharmaciston Saturday night, would not try to put medication charge thru to Good RX, was told " to do it yourself ", always had wonderful help there , times are changing I guess n so am I. Do not need this attitude.

Took my 9 year old for covid shot. Nurse was rude. Has zero empathy. He should try for a different job rather than being a nurse.

I love going to this Walgreens! Its well stocked, its clean, the staff is helpful and courteous. The pharmacy staff is the best. They learn what their customers need, know you by name, and they will engage in conversation while handling your needs with efficiently.

Typical Walgreens in terms of size and selection. They always seem understaffed, at least when it comes to the registers at the front of the store, so don't be surprised if you have to wait in line to checkout. I find it's hit or miss when I need something specific, and pricing can be on the high side, unless you have a coupon from the paper or their flyer. Pharmacy on site as well as photo developing.

I asked for the name brand since my new insurance covers it and they gave me the generic anyway. I can’t return the prescription so I guess I’m just stuck with it. There was one person working the register so it took over 30 minutes to even get my prescription. I won’t fill here again. It’s easily the worst pharmacy I’ve been to in a while.

I have been a customer in the Pharmacy for 5 yrs. I called to about my prescriptions and have "NEVER" been disrespected in the manner I was today. The Pharmacist Ama gave me failed information when asked for her supervisor she was ignorant hung up on me when I called back the 2nd attend thought it was funny after I explained to her what accursed. She gave the phone back to Ama who lied about her position hung up for a 2 nd time. I then had to call back and talk to Joshua who at firs stats he was the Pharmacy Manager when I asked, who then had to piggy back and told me he was only the Shift Leader when asked for the Corperate Office information.. Childish!!! In had to have my scripts sent to another location to be filled. Customer service is getting so poor it's disgusting.... ex specially when the behavior is acceptable with in the company at the location. I can say they have two older Pharmacist who always give 110%. However Ama's behavior was irate and what she's capable of being a Pharmacist with behavior like she displayed this evening I'd rather not deal with.
