Always a great experience there. You never usually have a good reason to have to get your vehicle fixed, but they’re always extremely easy to deal with, kept me updated with everything and do more than what I had expected. I will always recommend them to anyone who needs work done to their vehicle.

Very good service and fair priced service. I just moved to the area and needed to fix my bumper that was held on by a zip tie. They fixed it and put in running lights all with in a short notice. Here is before and after

The guys from Vernon Collison did an outstanding job on my car. Had a fender bender fix with them. Looks like brand new. They were such a huge help dealing insurance company. They made a aggravating situation so much easier Thank you so much.

My 2010 Honda Fit was sideswiped on the highway a couple weeks ago which bent the front passenger door and peened the rear quarter panel over the rear passenger door so that no longer opens. The other driver sped off so if I was getting anything fixed, I would be paying out of pocket.
They did a full assessment of the damage related to the accident, and Billie was kind enough to discuss it with me over the phone, even pushing back his lunch break to talk with me!
My car is not worth very much, so the estimate to fix everything exceeded the value of the car and I decided not to get the work done at this time. They did not charge me anything for the assessment and when I came to pick up the car, Billie was still kind enough to talk me through how they evaluated the damage and how they approach fixing everything.
He treated me with so much care and respect that if I ever need bodywork in the future, I know who I’m calling.
Just an awesome experience all around. If they treat non-customers this well, I can only imagine how well they treat paying customers. Big props to Vernon Collision!

This shop is wonderful. I can't say enough about how well my car is now running. I am glad to have found a repair shop that I trust to do good work at a reasonable price. I never thought I'd be grateful that I was in a small fender bender, and the insurance company sent me to them , but here we are. Thank you to everyone at Vernon collision for taking such great care of my car!

Had a run in with my garage. Vernon Collision took me right in. They were able to pop the panel back in and buff the panel and wheel well right then. You can’t even tell that there was a problem. Great job, great people.

Made an appointment to have a very minor paint scuff looked at. Bill appreciated that it was a new vehicle and it was too soon to have blemishes. He asked if I could wait while they gave a try at buffing it out, which I did. We had a great conversation in the meantime. 20 min later, it was all set. Real people, real service!

Billie Joe Mazur was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Fast and efficent. Final price came in below initally estimated cost for headlight repairs. Car was done earlier than expected as well! They have a top shelf mechanic and detailer in house. I have already scheduled my other vehicle for some minor front end repairs. I couldn't be happier with their workmanship and their customer service.
