USPS lost my package & center offers no help for refund even though they lost it. Lady working also told me only sender can file a claim, even though the site says “Either the sender or the recipient may file a claim.”

This post office is very poorly run. The lady is so super rude and with no care attitude. They are saying there are not responsible for any packages drop there. Someone stole my phone and all they keep saying is out of there hands and I even talked to there supervisor that not even in that locationl but he’s in USPS in Sheldon road. Also doesn’t not have a care in the world. It’s federal building all packages should be safe in secure. They telling there not responsible for any packages.

Place is so poorly run. Closed at 12:45 for their 1pm lunch break. Avoid this office like the plague.

Poor service . The lady at front was rude , seemed disinterested refused to help me with a package . Poor customer service . It’s best to go toSheldon road post office . They are great . If I could give 0 stars for her I would ? .

Very disappointed they would not accept a package that was fully paid for, sealed, label in place 10 minutes before closing.. I only wanted to drop on the counter and leave and was told no... I realize it's the holidays but there was no service required to drop it and they are supposed to be open until 1:00 p.m.

Its a small post office, usually only one employee working at a time. They are always very polite and helpful. They are closed between 1pm and 2pm during the week, monday through friday. It is always clean and neat and organized.

A very small post office located in the BJ plaza in Manchester. Went there to send out Christmas cards last Saturday and it was packed. Sending cards internationally, we weren't sure about how many stamps it would take to send. After being there for at least 20-30 min, we wish we went to another one. Avoid those busy hours if you can, because you'll be waiting for a while.
