Went there to drop a valuable document at 4.25 pm- placed is locked! They don’t bother to stay the hours it says-till 5pm. Another customer came soon after us and cursed as well. Go to the real post office in Manchester!

Lady in the front is soooo rude!!! Not helpful at all. Couldn’t even write ‘fragile’ on my package when I didn’t know that they are no longer putting the fragile stickers on the packages. Was in the back when I came in and then rushed me out. No ‘’have a good day’’ or anything!! Unprofessional!!!!!

USPS lost my package & center offers no help for refund even though they lost it. Lady working also told me only sender can file a claim, even though the site says “Either the sender or the recipient may file a claim.”
