Normally I really enjoy this PO everyone friendly and I have had no problems with shipments out
But ONE teller on a Saturday the wait is crazy especially when one guy is just wandering around not doing anything and you hear a ton of voices in back.
Since I am here I will say that the person who delivers to me is extremely lazy and just stuffs packages in my tiny box instead of walking 6 steps to my door..

I live this area.I come here offen sometimes.But she has glasses.She is not that great.I am confused what I do she say you have to know that.How do I know because I am drop the mail ones and wile.Thats not the professional customer service system.So to complain that.But she is rout to me .03/11/2024

ANOTHER package (4th-5th occurence just this year) delivered to 55 (Street),APARTMENT 55 (55 + 55 coincidence?) Manchester.PLEASE DO YOUR JOB AND R E A D THE FULL ADDRESS, INCLUDING THE APARTMENT #. It's there for a reason. There are more apartments around the back of the building...up to #58.However, THIS PACKAGE was to be delivered to another unit in the FRONT of the complex. NOT DROPPED AT MY UNIT #55 on Sunday 11/12/23.I'm disabled awaiting hip replacement surgery and now have to get word to/deliver this package to the gentleman in unit 52, . I'm NOT on your payroll!I DO have pictures of the labels.

I put my mail on hold 24th of August three days later my mail was delivered to my previous address. Mail Aug 28-29, SSI, ins, child support and I stressed the importance that my mail doesn't go to previous address.

Every time I come in someone is rude or doesn’t want to be bothered. It’s always dirty and grimy in there. Mail couriers are always smoking cigarettes out of their van when they deliver. Now they are making us pay to schedule redeliveries on what we have already e-signed and gave directions for the delivery. Sure informed delivery is extremely cheap but what’s the point if they aren’t following instructions. These aren’t packages the sender is requesting a signature for as well. I just was screamed at by a mail couier after she banged on my door because I asked her to leave my packages I esign and she said she “spoke to” 8 of my neighbors about the same thing and if that’s how she is speaking to my neighbor i don’t think she should be working with the public. Clearly if at least 8 of my neighbors are being screamed at too just for their packages to be left it’s an issue.I get we all have bad days but banging on doors and screaming doesn’t make a person feel safe. I kept asking her to leave. I miss how the post office use to be. Kind and warm but at this point I’m about to just pay extra for deliveries and use private services because I don’t feel safe with my post couier and i don’t feel welcomed going into the post office.

This locations manager does nothing. My carrier has been targeting and harassing me since I moved in last September. They have allowed this carrier to tamper with my mail, not deliver packages, and do absolute nothing about it! My Patagonia coat I ordered was supposedly delivered because they said the GPS tracking said she delivered it. What they failed to say is she may have scanned it but they cannot confirm beyond a reasonable doubt that she delivered it. This carrier questions every piece of mail and writes on the envelope of my mail. She is invading my privacy and violating the law. The USPS has done nothing and I am a victim now and have to be abused by this carrier. No one can help me. What is it going to take for the USPS TO DO SOMETHING? I have sent emails to the OIG and they refer me back to the branch which does nothing. How can this be allowed???? If something happens to me or my family I want a trail as this women who works for the USPS is harassing me and my family. I spoke with a supervisor at the branch Devon which was a waste of time. I spoke with a Brandon which I thought would make a difference that was at the main Post Office in Hartford, that too was a waste. No one has been able to stop this carrier.
