Most of the negative reviews are 5+ years old (some are more than 10 years...) and relevant to deliveries and not service at the location itself. Went in today and was helped by a very friendly worker at the desk. Post office visits can often be a pain and a little stressful, so I appreciated the helpful, prompt service!

THIS IS A TOUGH ONE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE HANDICAP: LONG LINES DEVELOP REALLY FAST, SERVICE IS IFFY (SOMETIMES IT'S SWIFTLY MOVING ALONG, THEN IT CAN BE JUST TURTLE SLOW!)... FOR MOBILITY ABLE-BODIED PEOPLE, IT'S A PERFECT PLACE FOR THE BUSINESS OF U.S.A. MAIL!
