Three times visited, three times disappointed.Created a shipment using the the same packaging I just received form a vendor by UPS.Upon arrival:1) the manager specifically told me unneeded to repackage costing $19.80.2) refused to ship my merchandise, which was an export of merchandise to Germany with a value for $2800 and told me I needed a driver out and give it to them. Despite the label instructions specifically naming this store as the appropriate place to drop off.3) then refused to repackage because it was 5:55 (closed at 6) because he didn’t want to work.Pretty sure the package did not need repackaging, and since i would hand off to a convenient driver, he knew he was ripping me off.Conclusion: I drove to FedEx and shipping was a breeze!Not going to this place again, so happy ups stores exist since it’s my job as the customer to heat sink the drivers to get my stuff shipped. Absolutley horrible.

Rude and disrespectful employees. Talk to you like they are better than you and don't need your business. Exact words "you can take your business elsewhere" just garbage service.

The employee that does notary definitely show that he hates his job, and definitely shoulnt be here. we were trying to get a notarization , and he refysed when he can simply cross out the state. Gave attitude and absolutely not a postivie attitude that everyone should see everytime a customer come in

Had a terrible experience at this location. The manager was very rude and treated myself and mother poorly, called my mother incompetent. I’ve had a bad experience before with the same guy. Will never go back there or recommend this place to anyone.sounds like his name is Zach looking at all the other reviews. Why do you employee a terrible person like that for customer service?

The manager of this store is the definition of an ahole. This man will quite literally go out of his way to NOT help customers. Not only did it happen to myself, but I watched as he turned customers away without giving them an ounce of his time. I watched him stand there as an elderly woman struggled with her box and his customer service couldn't have been more disgusting. This is no way to run a business and his attitude permeates throughout the store. Edit: Upon reading other reviews it seems his name may be Zachary. Why on earth would they let an employee who clearly has a poor track record continue to manage this store? He is unfit for the job.

I went there to return amazon order. The return instruction said I should return the item with "original package". So I did. However they keep asking extra package. I tried to explain. But they don't even want to listen and ignore my explanation. It was so rude.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE!! I spent $200 at this store to ship an irreplaceable two piece vintage amplifier in a small 50 lb wooden crate and a 40 pound cardboard box, 700 miles. Although they told me the crate was more than adequate, the box arrived the crate didn't. UPS tracking says it was destroyed and discarded. Although friendly when I spent $200, the staff and owner Craig McCarthy refused to make a call or provide any substantial assistance other than printing a website to contact UPS customer service. When I contacted customer service, they told me the opposite, that the store is responsible to provide customer assistance and claim reimbursement. When you ship, go to UPS directly avoid this store.Update: I logged into UPS customer support portal for a claim as the UPS store owner told me, and a big dialogue box pops up saying claims must be filed at UPS store. This the exact opposite of instructions received at store. It seems this store does not have a clue. Or, they are intentionally trying to put off a claim. Either way: When you ship, go to UPS directly avoid this store!!

The staff in this store are always so fast and nice. However, the drivers who deliver the shipments need to take more care with their jobs. It is insane the way they smash stuff that is securely packaged like they run it over with the truck. I already have decided to use another mailing service for more fragile and expensive items since I am losing money on items I am shipping.

Genuinely confused about this location and how exactly they work. I’ve never been able to return an Amazon package w/o paying. The code clearly states that UPS will pack and ship at no cost to me but this location refuses to acknowledge that. I’ve been told “that’s not what that means”. My last visit there was no better than others. I had some Amazon returns with QR codes that I’ve now learned the hard way, have to be prepackaged unless you want to pay ridiculous fees. I also needed three of the smallest boxes they had to ship items that I had prepaid labels for. I wasn’t given an option of boxes, instead I was told that they were $6.99 each. My item was a cardboard box 3”x 4” x 6”. All I could do was laugh. I purchased them and moved to the counter in the center of the store to pack them and was told that was “against store policy”. Instead, I was forced to go back outside with everything (I had a bag full of packing supplies), awkwardly package the items in the parking lot in 90 degree weather. I then defied gravity by carrying the obscenely large boxes back, all stacked together (thankfully they were super light as the item being shipped was a plastic figure). As someone who has POTS and cannot regulate my own damn body temperature, I became lightheaded and dizzy and it triggered a flare up by the time I got home. Between the double dipping on charging for packing and shipping Amazon returns and their ridiculous policies that are a ploy to get you to agree to allow UPS to pack your item, this place feels like a non-stop ripoff by rude employees. I worked in a shipping and printing business for almost 10 years so I understand the industry and this place still baffles me.

Called the ups store and asked if I can ship a package directly there since they can sign for it. They told me no problem. I asked about fees and he said no. Today I picked up my package 4 days after it was delivered and they charge me 5.00 for a " holding fee". Not honest!!

I had an incredibly unpleasant experience with Zack, the manager. When my husband went to pick up my package, Zack treated him poorly, displaying blatant racism and refusing to release the package. Despite providing the ticket number and presenting his ID with the same address and shared last name, Zack insisted that I had to personally come in to retrieve the item. This situation was made even more challenging as I am a new parent and unable to leave the house. It is deeply concerning that someone with such a lack of empathy and overt racism holds a managerial position. I urge the company to address this issue promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that no one else has to endure such discrimination.

This ups store is a total joke i returns an item after 5;30 and it doesn’t show up I had to open an investigation then I brought a seat to return and same situation it don’t shop I believe the kids that work their have a scam going on cause how the hell they lose two packages in 2 weeks I’m not happy with this place
