My 11 year old son just joined. I have never seen him so excited and engaged in anything before. They are teaching self respect, self discipline, commitment, work ethic, and defense and fighting techniques.

I am enjoying the kick-boxing class a great deal. It's both challenging and fun, I'm learning a lot too! Robert is dedicated and conscientious to our needs. I highly recommend it!

My son is a student of Sensei Robert & Sensei Kathy and he is in love with this place. They are both great with the kids. I can see the positive behavioral changes in him. Both the Senseis puts in a lot of effort on motivating the kids and it shows in the kids. Thank you! You guys are the best

My son and I have been with this dojo for nearly a year. During that time, we have both felt the positive benefits of the marital arts impact our lives. My son, who is 6, is not afraid to 'endeavor' during difficult activities. He is less likely to quit and more likely to succeed. This is an attitude instilled daily during training sessions. Karate is more about the mental aspect than the physical, which most people seem unaware of. Don't just exercise your body - exercise your mind. Recommended to me by my friends, I had my first yoga class yesterday at this studio. It is small intimate studio with a very personable and funny trainer/sensei Rob. He was eager to help me and other students in the class to master proper postures in different yoga positions. When you are a complete beginner like me, having an instructor willing to actually teach you the art of yoga is of utmost importance. I've been to a couple of studios before but no one really bothered to help me out. That's what I loved the most about this studio and I will be back next week! Rob even offered if I come a bit earlier to the class, he would show me how to properly do yoga positions we use in the class. Now, that is what I call a personable and excellent trainer! Rob, you and Kathy excel in customer service! Did I mention affordable prices and plenty of parking?
