We came in on a scheduled appointment to fix my mother's phone. David was patient and polite with our request in a slightly busy time. Once he had a look at her phone, he got a broken stylus out in just a few minutes completely free of charge.Would gladly come again in the future.

Excellent job done by the tech. I was sent there by Google after my Pixel started showing some blue lines. The tech did it much earlier than he gave me.I highly recommend this place

It's been a week, and I still haven't gotten a replacement phone. Not sure why I pay for insurance. I spoke with Asurion yesterday and was told my phone would be in today. While on that phone call, I was notified by email that my phone was still on back order. I'll opt out of any phone insurance in the future, I'd rather pay out of pocket for a replacement. Not only do I need to go through this hassle of dealing with insurance, who can't provide a way to get parts for my phone (phone screen). But I also get to pay $99 for a new phone that is, apparently, unavailable. Damn useless.

Very unhelpful. Was directed to store by chat support. Day of appt. They told me canceling appointment because to close to end of mfg warranty 2-3 weeks away and may not get paid. Use direct mailer. Let them know I had samsung care +. They can't tell that asked for Mgr. But person in background would only tell other employee what to say

My mom and I were in today. I was frustrated that my mom had gone into Best Buy to buy her new phone, but didn't remember the employee putting in a pin. Of course we tried every combo of numbers we could. I called Samsung and they told us that Asurion was certified and could possibly help us.We went in and I forgot the gentleman's name, but he was very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do and helped us get what we needed within 10 minutes. If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would. He was amazing. We asked a lot of questions and he was able to help us troubleshoot and fix our problem. We stopped in around 4:15pm.Thank you so much! We will be back!

Went to the place on Deming Street, Manchester. Jennifer was outstanding! I was upset about my phone but Jennifer in her calm manner told me it was fixable and it made my day! You don't realize how much of your life is on/in your phone. She told me it would be ready at a specific time and it was even prior to the ETA. Big Thanks to friendly, calm Jennifer and the repair tech. I had no idea this store fixes as much as it does. I do recommend if you're device needs to be fixed!

NOTHING AS ADVERTISED unless you have Apple or Samsung. They asked me to leave my phone there for THREE DAYS for a screen repair while they order the part, and couldn't give a price. I went to CPR (Cell Phone Repair) in Mansfield. CPR ordered the part, which I paid in advance, and will fix it in 30 minutes once the part is in. I have my phone in the meantime. I understand it taking 3 days to get a part. But there is no reason to make me leave my phone while they wait.

Asurion tech Anthony always gets the job done perfectly! I've been to the Manchester asurion store multiple times and have had a wonderful experience both times. Because of Anthony's kindness and expertise I would go nowhere else when I have a cell phone issue

For starters, I'm an idiot, who jumped into a pool with phone in pocket. If you've never experienced this before, it is very stressful.When the rice trick didn't help, I went to Asurion. I've seen the store for awhile and never needed them. I felt that it was better to trust an actual store instead of a repair kiosk that seemed to swap owners ever 3rd week.I went in with expectations of spending a few hundred dollars and or having to buy a new phone regardless. They required us to sign up for a home protection plan for $24/mo that covers most electronics we own. This can be cancelled at any time, but covers the diagnostic and labor required.After a day, my phone was dried out and only needed a battery. They were fast, efficient and far exceeded expectations. On top of that, everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable and pleasant.Please take your phones here when you do something dumb like me!

Went next door to AT&T because my phone has been on SOS for two weeks and occasionally popped up with “No sim found” error. The guy at AT&T said that I needed a new phone and that it’s most likely an “antenna”…they’ll say anything to get a sale I guess. I quickly ran here to see if there was anything they could do. I told Anthony what was happening to my phone and he quickly popped out my SIM card and put it back in and it fixed all issues! Thank you for your prompt help and for actually explaining what happened. Anthony was super friendly and helpful and I’ll definitely be back with any further issues on any of my devices.

Anthony service is above excellence. My Samsung screen was stuck & I took it to the carrier. They were weary to engage in tech repair. I took it to Asurion & not only was it repaired; I was informed on uses of the phone. I strongly recommend bringing your phones to this place.

The lady who works there (Jennifer) is very nice. She led me through what was wrong with my phone, though she was unable to fix it. The reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 is because they weren't able to fix it as they didn't have the part. They could have ordered the part and fixed it but I later realized I did not need a full repair. That being said, they were going to replace the part for 150 and Bulbs and Batteries fixed it for free without replacing the part. Still, they had great customer service here, so although they didn't have the solution, they showed they cared (unlike Glastonbury).

I came in at 10am and was welcomed by Jennifer. She was amazing. She helped me and at the same time was helping other customers by herself. I think 4 people game in with different issues and she was never stressed. I would definitely come back. Thanks Jennifer!

Asurion was a god send for me. Not only was my phone returned on a much faster turn around time than promised, (over an hour and a half sooner,) Anthony was able to get me in and out and walk me through the process and claim quickly and efficiently. I was able to have the screen fixed on my iPhone 14 pro max fixed quicker than expected with all issues solved. Hopefully i won’t need to return for another fix, but if necessary, I’ll be sure to come here. Thanks guys!!
