Umue from the Manchester location was super knowledgeable and articulate. I had running questions and he demonstrated nothing short of exceptional costumer service. I highly recommend this place if your device is broken.

Verizon called the store ahead for me and was told that the repair would take 1 hour and that my battery was available in stock. I arrived to be told that there was no battery of that description present and had to work hard to persuade the person at the front desk who was next in line to the manager who was absent that day, to ask someone in back. Indeed, there was a battery there that fit my phone. Then I was told that the repair would not be done till the end of the day and it was Midday at the time. The person at the front desk was consistently polite and consistently unhelpful. He refused to attempt to negotiate with anybody in back to accelerate my change. I worked with him for quite a while trying to explain that under the circumstances of what I had been promised, it might be nice to try, but he was unmoved for an unusual amount of time. Finally he agreed to let me call him a few hours later to see if it might be available somewhat earlier. My impression was that this was a very bureaucratic person who was attempting to protect the system and the rules more than the customer. Well he was at no point rude, and used polite language, as I mentioned. He seemed unwilling to understand or empathize with the inconvenience that had been caused me.

Came into this location as the Norwich CT store never seems to be open at the stated times. They also poorly repaired our smart phone. The Manchester location was great and worked quickly to get us on our way! We’d definitely suggest Manchester to anyone needing repairs!

Walked it today because I was having problems with my Samsung Galaxy s23 pen being stuck. Within 5 minutes it was out and fixed. Huge appreciation, awesome service, and thank you for your time!

Amazing service! I had a problem with my voice companion for my Galaxy buds switching from female to male voice when I upgraded to my s24. Tmobile tried couldn't do it. Then sent me over and had it fixed right away. Thank you again.

Called to see if I could get warrenty work done. Said since I had it done at a different Ubreakifix store I'd have to get it repaired there. The problem with that is that store is 6 hours away. Then the employee said if that store closed down they would be able to do it. Just doesn't make sense. I called the store where I originally had work done and they said that's not right at all and that they should honor the warrenty. Not happy with Ubreakifix at all. Not sure if it was the employees fault or the owner of this specific store but whoever is in charge of that decision just seems greedy.
