I won’t give a completely bad review because usually when I go to this location the staff are helpful especially one guy in particular. I don’t know his name but his favorite listing is the 3 amigos… I came to this location a bit on the later side considering I got out of work an hour and a half after I was supposed to. I walked in a few minutes before they close and told them I know they close and I’ll be in and out. I get to the register, and my friend was running 2 minutes behind me. The cashier suggested I should go look for her because she got lost. I understand it was 2 minutes past their closing but why allow the doors to be open until 10pm if they’re just going to be rude. The manager threaten to refuse service because it was (legitimately 10:02). Im a reasonable person and understand wanting to go home but the attitudes from 3 employees was completely unnecessary. If he could’ve slammed the door behind us the manager would’ve- it sounded like he did when he locked the doors behind us. It’s unfortunate because they have a wide variety of options but almost refusing business for 2 minutes is a little childish.

I would give them 0 stars if i could. As a former employee the store has gone downhill. It is dirty and the cashiers are rude. Spend an extra dollar or two and just go to the little package store down the road instead. I'll never spend another dollar at total wine.

Well never got in store traffic is so terrible worst parking lot known to man woman or beast!!! I did find out can go behind entire plaza where trucks deliver & if not pissed be there done that... Worst parking lot ever!!! Pass entire come in from Tesla charging station snake threw parking lot to taco bell & be ez!!!

Plenty of options, this place is big. However, I was having a hard time finding Captain Morgan nips 100 proof. I needed them for a specific dinner and I could not locate them. Had to go with an off brand.

I had a terrible experience picking up an order. Jamie was very rude and screamed at me at the top of her lungs when I was just trying to simply pick up an order. I was in the order pick up line which is clearly labled in the store I greeted her and asked for my order she responded very rude and continued to yell at me while refusing to help me. Berating and very belittling experience, zero customer service skills. Yelling at me about other customers getting on her nerves earlier in the day that has zero to do with me i was very nice to her and wasnt treated with respect at all.
