My experience was great and over the phone. I had researched treadmills and dealers. I emailed a few times and John replied almost immediately each time. I.knew what I wanted and he assured me it was a good choice. John called Saturday and I upgraded slightly and ordered over the phone. Contract emailed and returned Sunday. Monday morning I received a call telling me delivery 1:00/1:30. WOW! They arrived promptly at 1:00 and 45 minutes later were gone after assembling , testing, adjusting and instruction. Great service, great product. First use in a few minutes. Not usually a phone order person for something like this but, reviews were spot on concerning John and crew. Look forward to visiting to say thank you in person.

Although I had pretty much in mind what I was looking for, I found John at Total fitness in Manchester to be much more than helpful. I got to try out four or five different machines each with its own characteristics and he was willing to send me to try others out that he may or may not have on the floor. I was looking for a rower. I found one. The experience was pretty seamless.When my wife returned the next day with me so that we could agree on what worked for both of us, John could not have been more helpful. He directed his attention to her needs and to her need for information.As it happened they had a fully assembled rower at the warehouse. Pick up there was also seamless. Matt who is the warehouse manager was helpful courteous kind.

Sold us a PreCor that has been down for two months, not even a year old. Will not return phone calls to help rectify. Very bad service after the initial sale, which was supposed to be the big advantage from buying from them.

Excellent customer service! I called looking for hand weights. Gary located a set for me at their warehouse. It was down the road from the store and I was able to pay for them on the phone and pick them up the same day!! Matt met me at the loading dock. Zero contact. Great COVID-19 service. Thanks guys!!

Needed to return without a slip. The manager was fine with looking it up. He remembered me from the week prior when I bought. Not a thing wrong with my purchase, other then I found what I bought at home within about 4 days. He also is very knowledgeable! Clean store!

Good place to buy exercise equipment. Customer service is good. John is awesome. I bought all my equipment from here. Choice may be limited and a bit pricey but they have good quality ones, that's my personal opinion though.
