If I could give 0 stars I would. I came here about six months ago for a repair. They threw about six different pieces on my car assuring me each and every time that THIS was the part that would fix my car. Six months later parts are already falling apart and my car hasn't driven right ever since they worked on it. Not to mention they told me my car was fully repaired and when I picked it up it was still broken! They didn't even check to see if the light was off on the dash! AVOID this place. Also their customers service is atrocious they are all rude and very off-putting. They throw your key at you, don't read you your bill, don't break down the total, and don't even go over your alignment results!

Not recommended, $$$$$
They charged me for just changing oil double what I paid at dealer, and they ask $25 for tires rotation which the dealer did it for free of charge. I wish i went back to the dealer
But this what i will do next time

I brought my wrangler in for an alignment. The before and after caster measurement was 3 degrees left side and 3.9 degrees right. Spec is 6 to 8. I wish they would have adjusted it. I installed new cam bolts prior to having it aligned so I know there is plenty of adjustment available and it would be easily adjusted. All they did was set the toe. Correct caster is important. I think they were counting on the customer not knowing any better. I am going to have to take it somewhere else for another alignment . I won't go back to Tires International.

Went here for an oil change, I noticed I was leaking oil everywhere after the service. Went to my mechanic who showed me my broken filter that would have been discovered during the service at Tires International. Instead they let me drive off with a broken filter leaking oil which could have blown up my motor !

Great place with Excellent prices and a nice selection of tires. They also do emmissions testing and the service is top notch! I usually do my own oil changes but I was due for an oil change and the weather has been lousy. So instead of climbing under the car . So instead of crawling under the car when it's cold and wet I decided to get my oil changed there. The price was very reasonable and I was out of there in 20 minutes.

It's always a pleasure to deal with the staff they take care of you and let you know the price and amount of time it will take and I have never been dissatisfied with the results. I would highly recommend using them for your automobile service needs.
