I have been a customer for years now and have to say, I will go no where else for my smoking needs. Very competitive prices and the best customer service anywhere. Just an example of the kind of service, I had a rolling machine break and due to being on a fixed income could not afford a new one until the next month. The owner gave me a returned machine that needed some repair and said if you can get it working you are welcome to it. That was a year ago and its still working. These guys are the best.

Not exactly what I needed but much else to offer, I feel their prices should be lesser than those of gas stations and bodegas as this is their specialty merchandise, but everyone's out to make that steady dollar not realizing lower prices create competition and also force changes upon other vendors smart people career to their customers but their own pocket
