Update: This shop was already awesome but the amazing customer service I received sent them above and beyond. 10 out of 5 stars because this shop is twice as good as any other in the area! If I wasn’t already a loyal customer I 100% would be now!Hey so I love this place and everyone is super helpful and friendly! I just got a new pack of coils though like 2 days ago and went to open them now to change it and there are only 3 in the pack instead of 5 :’((( the manager-type fellow helped me and he gave me my VIP card and we talked about shroomz products and video games. Maybe he’ll remember. But I’m sad so minus 1 star for now. I’m having surgery tomorrow so I can’t come in for like two weeks which is why I’m writing here!

Purchased a bong yesterday (may 20,2023) got home and noticed it had spider cracks on it so i called the girl that picked up said i could exchange it when i got back to the store not even an hour later the manager and girl left so employee there said he couldn’t help me just take 30% off a new one and to go back next morning for manager so i go in and manager tells me the same thing and that there was nothing he can do and that he cant prove i didnt drop it so now im left with $100 wasted and no customer service to help.

I absolutely love this shop. Every single employee is welcoming. Alyssa and Sean are the absolute best. They always have all the answers to my questions and if they don't, they will find out. Funny and caring and just all around the best. Only place to be is right here

I purchased a skull water bong for $45 on Friday at 8:35 p.m. after leaving I did go to another few other stores once I arrived home I noticed there was a hole that could possibly be a carburetor then I figured out that it was very sharp and jagged and Not a carburetor bring the water bong back to the establishment at 10:48 p.m. only after calling several times with no answer I heard the voice recording stating that they're open till 11:00 p.m. on Fridays I spoke to the sales associate Phil who then called the manager and refused to refund my money I only wanted to Even exchange for the same bong without a sharp jacket hole in it or I can cut my finger on a fake carb they refused I was told to come back and speak to a manager and or they're trying to give me less money than what the item was worth! I was so disgusted with the way I was mistreated and ripped off for no apparent reason but something that was clearly their fault I did not go back and speak to the manager. I spoke assistant manager and she took care of the issue I'm happy with the outcome they fixed their mistake and I feel that like that's definitely a good business decision on their half they took care of me as a customer and I would definitely go back there I appreciate their honesty.

I was a regular customer for over a year. They don’t have a wide variety, but it was close to my house which is why I would go. Today I purchased a delta 8 disposable which stopped working after 2 pulls. I went back to the store to show them that the product stopped working and they looked at it and agreed that the vape was still filled with the distillate and physically undamaged. They then told me, that they can’t refund me and that I’ll just have to buy a new one… a year of business down the drain because these guys don’t want to make up for selling a faulty product. If this is how they treat regulars, I can’t imagine how many new customers they must’ve robbed. I recommend going to the many other smoke shops located directly on main st
