Love Skechers! But was little disappointed that such a big outlet do not carry all the sizes! I was looking for 12.5 wide or 13 normal. And they didn’t have the arch fit shoes on these sizes. Showroom has a great atmosphere. The staffs are wonderful!! Love the new slip ins model!

This store had what I needed. I saw employees cleaning up and tidying up after a busy rush. The employees were helpful too.

Even Though I brought in brand new shoes they whould take them back 2 much hassle 2 look it up even Though I told them what card it was on asked me 4 a box I told them I didn't need it they fit when I tried them on but did not right after walking around with them

I just went in store first of all the guy is really rude and lazy doesn't wanna work at all talking to his gf on the office phone. I bought shoes from here and they refuse to give box saying we don't have so many boxes so i didn't take it, so i came 2 days later to return them and the guy goes you don't have the box so we cant take it i explain the whole situation and he just went off saying can’t help you. And starting cursing out.

The employees are pleasant / helpful - the manager was rude and seemed inconvenienced by us. I asked to be shown a particular shoe in a different size and she gave me the wrong shoe and insisted it was the same even though one had laces - one did not. - she just didn’t want to look furtherI also had a question on a return - her response was - “I already explained that” - I apologized for misunderstanding and asked her not to be rude at which point she eye rolled and shrugged her shoulders. Won’t give them any more business

The store has a nice selection of Skechers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices and deals were worth the trip.

Only 2 people on so a wait for help but they were friendly. The store was clean and bright. Good selection.

They are low on staff and the two people who are there for the customer service are not good at their job. They are rude and not easy to find in the store. Plus, despite the time mentioned on google that they are open until 8 pm, these two people made us leave the store at 7 pm saying it’s closed.

Worst customer service, especially at night. The two women had a horrible attitude and all they cared was about chatting the entire time while I was present with my children. Save the trip and go somewhere else.
