I went in there probably looking like a bum, but I planned on buying $100 worth of paint. The guy didn’t acknowledge me even once while I was looking at paint. Another customer went in and he greeted him and helped him right away. Whoever you are ( the Hispanic dude, not racist, I’m Hispanic too) that worked on May 5th at 3:10 pm you lost on a good sale! I’m a nurse and have the money to spend!! NEVER judge a book by its cover! I’ll never come back here!!

My husband and I went to Sherwin Williams for the first time last Saturday. I’m so sorry we didn’t get the associate’s name that helped us that day and again today. He is SUPER helpful and friendly. I’ll forever go to that store as long as there is that level of service there. 5 stars!!!!!

We bought a new home, and were anxious to make it ours by decorating it ourselves. I have always been happy with the paint quality of sherwin williams products. I use them exclusively. The color tools on their website are a big help with matching and seeing the color on the walls. You can even upload your own picture. And paint it! Saved us time. And less chance of being dissapointed in your colir choice. I highly recommend SW products. The associates in the Manchester store were a great help. We've bern back there like 6 times now. Almost done with our decorating.

Jillian-did an awesome job!Roberto guided me to Jillian to help me with numerous paint color matches and selections… She was amazingly helpful with color choices, paint types and color pairings. Great, helpful, professional staff at the Manchester store including Jillian, Roberto and Peter!Would highly recommend to anyone with paint needs big & small, decorators and painters alike!And the home DIYer as well!Thank you team - especially Jillian!

Jillian, Peter and Roberto were nothing but Fantastic to deal with. I received not just a GREAT prices, but also great advice. Jillian was so easy to deal with and very helpful. I highly recommend this store for any of your painting needs. Will definitely use them again in the future.

First and foremost this store needs a major revamp!!! DONT BE DETERRED BY THE OLD LOOKS OF THE STORE! It is just plain long outdated, and needs to be tore up from the floor up! With that being said the staff here are very knowledgeable friendly and willing to make anything imaginable happen! They try and think of everything and really advise you in the right direction. It also seems like they have everything I need in stock or can make just about any color!It's a good feeling when you have someone who knows there stuff in your corner! Peter who helped today was just awesome and as my wife and I work on revamping our own home, I look forward to working with him again.

Don’t know how they hire people here. I’ve always been here but, the lady Jilian they hired has the utmost rude and disrespectful behavior. She’s snarly and has an attitude for no reason like she owns the place!! I would rather drive to the other Sherwin in town then go here
