need to update their staffs responsibilities because the way of restocking is very unsafe unless the store isn't busy. can come off as unprofessional to many

I used to be a big fan of Savers. However, the pricing at this point is comparable to buying clothing new. Savers receives its donations for free so I'm not sure why they feel the need to resell things for so much. The majority of the sweaters were over $8 when they used to be $3. One piece of home decor was being sold for $10 when it had a homegoods sticker selling it for $5. I've seen dollar tree items being sold for up to $5 each.

It used to be enjoyable. It used to be fun. But as of late, I don’t like it anymore. I noticed near the toy aisle. When the carts come out with the tubs full of new items there are a certain set of customers that are consistent with standing by the door and blocking the cart for other customers with their own cart and laying practically on top of the bins so that you can’t get in there to look at anything. I’ve also noticed that there are people that are coming in droves of two and three to block you from getting into where you want to look. I do believe that there is a couple that comes in there that Re sells at a flea market, because I’ve seen their vendor stall before and they know one of the people rather two of the people that work at this particular location because I see them on their phones all the time and then I see them talking to each other every time I’m there it’s the same people so someone is helping them that works in the store to get product ahead of anyone else making an unfair to every shopper .

A few customers come to Savers every day. They stand with their carts down by the production doors and when racks and carts roll out, they pick what they want off the racks, (shoes and brick a brac and men's shirts), before the merchandise can be put on shelves for any other customers. I have seen these few men following the staff, even as they roll out women's purses. Despite complaints from other shoppers this continues daily .

You are no longer able to try things on here. Why did they get rid of the dressing rooms? Most people like to try on clothes before buying to see if they fit. Bring back the dressing rooms please.

Very cool, interesting finds for less. Decent, good quality selection of clothing, books, and movies. While books are a little expensive here, clothes can be $3 or more so they're a little cheaper than some other thrift stores.

Love shopping there but very disappointing they no longer have dressing rooms it creates a lot of wasted money and unnecessary trips to not be able to try things on

Does anybody know the phone number for corporate? I'm really sick and tired of wrong tags or two of the same shirt being two different prices and me being accused. Look at the guy in the back room!

My brother and I were happy with our purchases, especially the low cost for what we bought. Items were clean, good quality, and good prices. We appreciate the clean store, good selection of items to choose from, and a courteous staff. We were happy to see quite a nice upgrade in the store, much better than it was 10 years ago. Very pleased to see the change and will be recommending Savers to my friends. It was certainly worth the trip to Manchester from New London county.

Store has great prices on donated clothes etc... Half the staff though are unpleasant and not very helpful.

The prices are not quite what you'd expect from a second-hand store. The selection is pretty good, and it is a reasonably clean and orderly. But what is the point in going to a thrift store which doesn't offer particularly thrifty options? Even with Salvation Army's price increases, they are still cheaper.
