I never wrote reviews but I felt I needed to for this shop. I highly recommend Sandman’s Automotive, the shop is so genuinely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. They were quick with my service and the shop is very clean. You can tell dedication and expertise go into their work. There is no run around here which is why I will keep coming back. My car was taken care of in a timely fashion well before I expected it to be done.. I’d recommend this place to anyone , thanks Sandmans!

Great quality rebuild on my 2003 Jeep Wrangler. Cut out and replaced rusted frame, new engine. Wanted money up front but that is expected with this type of work and scope of the job. Highly recommend based on the skill and quality of the welds, very clean.

He completely took care of all the needs needed and was very honest with me. I’m very happy with my truck. Treated my truck very well and she drives so much better. He even did a coat of rust prevention spray on the under carriage. Loved everything. Thank you Sandman!Services: Custom fabrication

It has been over 5 years since sandman did repairs on m truck .He did bring my truck back to life , with some major frame repair . He did some other repairs while the bed was off . Quality work and parts , but he did not do all the work he said he was going to do , At the start of the project i gave him 6 thousand in cash , after one week we talked about another job to add on , he said no problem , 600.00 more bucks and we are good to go . Gave him 600 more got a receipt , and thought everything was good . After one month of borrowing cars , finally got the call , its ready ! When i got there, the add on job was not done , he already had my truck a month i was not happy , i said why is this not done , he came up with a big story , but he did say he would complete the job at another time but i would have to pay more for labor , the parts were already paid for . This was not the agreement we made . He went back on his word . Because he did not complete the job like he said he would , i would never recommend Sandman , i would say go somewhere else .

Had a good experience here. My son had the frame and underbody coated on his 2013 Ford pickup truck and it came out really nice so we had our company plow truck done the same way. Price was fair and the work was done right. Thumbs way up to Sandmans Automotive. I would go here again.

Wow Really disgusting person I spoke with, I asked if I can setup an appointment to take a look on the car I need to get frame repair I explained is only one small thing that he can give estimate in 2 minutes and he say it don’t matter he have to charge $350 just to look at it now I see why a lot of people let so many bad reviews I don’t recommend this place at all

I had my vehicle frame repaired and undercoated also complete front end completely rebuilt ( everything) plus a complete brake job front and rear..I’m well pleased with the results of all the work done and the service I got from Steve and his guys .. ***UPDATE REAR DIFF BLEW AFTER THEIR WORK***UNDER NORMAL DRIVING COND. THE DRIVESHAFT FELL OUT & THE PINION SHAFT LODGED INTO THE REAR DIFF DESTROYING THE RING AND PINION GEAR. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE REPAIR SHOP!!!Was given an frame repair estimate of $7k. and was told the most he's ever had to charge some one was $8,500 for very extensive work. My total bill came to just over $10,000!!! Not only that but the whole time he was working on it he needed $1000 here $2000 there. While checking the progress of my Wrangler he admitted to having to "rob Peter to pay Paul", total fly by night shop I just wanted my Jeep back. He even kept my brand new winch plate and D-ring mounts from my bumper, that's stealing in my book. I will never again do business or recommend that anyone do business with the Sandman. Very unorganized and unprofessional.

Good welding and fab work but poor customer service and not willing to work with me when an issue came up....find somewhere else......Went here to have the frame on my 1994 Toyota pickup fixed and the frame to be undercoated to prevent future rust. As part of the frame repair I was told they would need to remove the fuel tank and that they would need to install a new fuel pump at that time. When I picked up the truck, frame was not under coated and owner acted like he had no idea I wanted that. We went back and forth a few times but in the end, he had my truck for 6 weeks and I just needed it back. Upon driving home, truck was stalling and bucking. I was able to determine it was a bad fuel pump that had just been installed. I called and asked if I could return the pump that had just been installed a week earlier and get a refund on the bad part (refund parts only, no labor cost requested to be refunded). Owner told me I supplied the part, which I did not so there was no warranty. I explained I didn’t supply the part and his immediate response was I didn’t bring it to him for warranty so he wouldn’t refund the bad part they installed. Was surprised seeing he could return the fuel pump and get a credit from the supplier and credit me the cost and we’d both be square.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Very bad experience, I just called to ask about a frame repair and he answered me that first what type of vehicle it was but that if I did not have enough budget that I would not even try to take the vehicle to his business because his work began from the 2,500dls and up without even seeing what it is about and that perhaps the entire frame would have to be changed. Because he's a licensed establishment, I don't know what he meant by that. Very poor customer service Sandman's AutomotiveI DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!

Calls for rough estimate on frame work, waited a few weeks and called again scheduling an appointment to get it looked at for the cost on the work and it was a few thousand more than the truck was worth at that time and double there on the phone estimate so I decided to not do it and he said he would have never taken the truck in the shop if I wasn’t ok with the price. How else am I gonna know the price to pay them especially when they ask for money up front
