I can say Sally is a good store with hair products that are to be found in the store that are of good quality and prices varies. But the employees at this store they don't know about hair products or can't tell you nothing about what or what a specific hair products is for your type of hair.

Do not I repeat do not!! purchase any barber equipment here or anything worth more then $100. My wife went in there with a specific picture of a product and they told her the one on the shelf (a previous model) was the same thing. My wife bought the $240 clipper in cash. The next day I sent her to return it and they refuse to refund us our money for a product that is unopened and new with a receipt because they claim to never have enough cash in the register to process the return. The staff is extremely unprofessional. The manager is never there, and they continue to tell us to come back tomorrow with the chance that they might have enough to process the return. I can’t emphasize how disappointed I am with this place and I advise everyone to simply stay away. If I could give zero stars I would. We also went to a second store in Manchester and they have the same issues.

I am shocked by the reviews. I've been going to their store for 4 years now and I'm always greeted by friendly staff and asked if I need help. Store is always clean, products are placed in order and maintain properly. Cashiers are always very nice.

I WOULD GIVE ONE STAR FOR RACIAL DISCRIMINATION! I came to buy natural hair products because I am a brown skinned woman and this is the closest sally to me. There were two workers in the store, one helping a customer the other one was walking around. I was never greeted when I walked in even tho the workers turned and looked at me for a second. After the other customer left I remained in the store and the employees started talking amongst themselves. NEVER asking if I needed help or even saying hello. It was as if I was never there. I finally hear a "hello may I help you" after I have been in the store for 20 minutes. when I turned around to respond I noticed that she, the employee, was also colored and she looked like she just came in from lunch break. The kind brown woman checked me out and as I stood in front of the other employees not ONCE did they acknowledge my existence. Discrimination at its finest and I'm not one to just assume but I was ignored by two white women employees and only approached by the only brown skinned woman in the store besides myself. I'm sure one of the white employee ignoring me was a manager because she was talking about going to the bank to make deposits for the store before the snow came. I'm disgusted and wouldn't send ANYONE here.

I had given up on finding cruelty free hair dye until Sally’s! It does exist! Kenra was super helpful and kind. I highly recommend This store for any beauty supplies. Tons of choices

I wanted to get hair coloring supplies and earrings. I was approached right away by a nice young lady in the hair color aisle for assistance and she helped me to exactly what I needed to know with my questions and tell me what to get. This review is not for her. However, when I went up to the cashier to look at Studex huggie hoops that come in a sterilized box, I was told by a woman sitting on a stool in the corner that there's no such thing as the cashier rung me up. I was absolutely shocked because I had bought them at another location and was wearing them in my ear at that very moment. Her attitude was just exhausting. I didn't bother to say anymore. I didn't want to deal with her unfriendliness and unwillingness to help. It was so absurd how uninformed she was with the merchandise. She even said there's no hoops for ear piercing. I paid for my hair supplies and walked out, noticing a small plastic basket next to cashier against the window with exactly what I needed. I will just go back to the other store or bring a friend here next time because I have no energy to deal with this kind of person who certainly looked like she did not want to be there working. They just lost a sale. It's hard enough making a trip out to a store during covid-19 times to deal with bad customer service.

I came in not knowing anything about hair, the manager was super helpful, nd polite. I had absolutely no idea what I was looking for and she helped me in a way that i can't even explain. She helped me find exactly what i needed without problems. I don't know how much they are paying her, but they need to double it. She knows her stuff.
