I enjoy coming here especially when I can catch them on a not so busy time which is hardly, but that goes to show you how sufficient they are here, I didn’t get to refill my washer fluid today apparently it was down but otherwise I had assistance from Kayla she was sweet and helpful, it’s always pleasant to have pleasant staff, The guys are pretty cool as well :) 8/17/24 I stopped by to wash my car.. as I usually do considering my husband and I have a membership.. this morning at 8:00am we wanted to get a head start on our day.. I pulled up and entered the tunnel, I was feeling weird because I initially thought I was off the track etc.. my vehicle kept jerking and we kept startling inside the tunnel causing loud traction noises, the manager on duty came rushing in front of my vehicle because it appeared to be stuck, apparently someone left a bucket in the tunnel so it caused damage to my car, I didn’t notice it at first because I was informed by the manager that the bucket didn’t cause any damage, my husband took a look as well and stated from what he could see it caused clips to be loosened…Fast forward I noticed this evening that my car is slowly leaking antifreeze… I was informed by my husband who went back there to file a incident report that the on call manager that was present today.. will be in tomorrow, So hopefully this gets taken care of and my car gets the proper repair on them. I will update the outcome. Kaleb ( Manager) came thru! Thanks for being a stand up dude. Handled and I am satisfied!

Wouldn’t let me use car wash because bumper is cracked. Pretty sure I’ve used them since messing up my bumper, but since they won’t let me wash here I’ll just never come back. I’ll make sure a differently owned car wash gets my business in any car I wash in the future

Aggressive upsell for their unlimited wash package at around 3:00pm feb 15. Clearly told employee I only wanted the basic wash and undercarriage, held me up for several minutes trying to push unlimited wash and extras.
I will not be returning, sales tactics like that are unwelcome and a waste of my time. It's a simple car wash, plenty of automatic options that will give me what I want without hassle.
Edit: Since my previous review, I have gone back on my word and had my car washed here a handful of times(6-8 times over 5 years). Each time, I make it clear upon arrival that I only want a single wash. Each time, I have been offered the unlimited wash package, and clearly and politely declined. That has never been enough. They immediately follow up by asking why, and I state that I do not spend enough time in Manchester(or near their locations) to get value out of it. They will try to convince me it's worth the extra drive to save money. They will question me about where I live, and make arguments about the distance to my nearest location. It is ridiculous, and feels like being on a used car lot.
Tuesday (7/9/2024), I once again found myself in Manchester and decided to pull through. I politely stated that I want a single wash. I was offered the unlimited wash package, upon which I stated that I am unequivocally not interested and if I cannot skip the sales pitch and get my single wash I will simply leave. The employee told me to leave, so I did. I won't fault the employee for this, as it's clearly their job to upsell, but it's just plain unpleasant.
The car wash itself works fine, and the location is decent enough that it would be nice to use when I am in the area. But, if I had given them my billing info for the unlimited package, I would have paid over $2400 spread across the last 5 years, for washes that totalled roughly $200 individually. If you live nearby, and wash your car at least twice a month, it's probably worth purchasing the package and I'm sure you'd find this to be a satisfactory location. If not, it turns what should be an easy chore into an irritating experience.

I had a dirty vehicle while driving by this place and I figured why not. I was not expecting to be pressured into a membership. I did sign up and cancel after one month because honestly that day I was exhausted and didn’t feel like arguing and the one month membership was cheaper than the one time wash (they design it that way to get you to sign up and then the second month the membership doubles). The wash was ok but quite honestly literally everywhere you turn someone wants a membership and a car wash membership should be one of those things you are asked to buy and if you say no then that should be the end of the discussion. I have made sure never to go here anymore. I just want to pay for a one time service and leave without having to debate someone as to why I don’t want to pay for this membership. Why is this so hard to understand

Bought the membership the wash broke my rear wiper now this place wants me to pay for labor and they'll give me free washes I still haven't seen the manager it's about to be a week

No customer service for billing. I started a membership in January which I cancelled in March. After reviewing my bank though, I found there was a recurring charge of 48 bucks from a previous subscription, that I was not aware of, going back a long time. I cannot connect Russell Speeders about this as their phone system is completely useless and will not do anything other than tell you to go to their website. No love agents are available. I am extremely agitated that I have lost so much money to them and only have the charges on my account as a record of the subscription (don't know what barcode number was used).
