long time shopper at Ray's even before it was Rays' .glad to see he has not changed the customer service is done.in fact he has only improved upon it. between the new product he has brought in to the little things... like selling customer made pieces.. a great store and great people

If you have any options go elsewhere I am wheelchair bound and they're right down the street from me so I buy stuff on them all the time. My aid purchased me the wrong item yesterday it was brought back immediately and they said they could not take it back. They don't think much of their customers it's obvious I still probably go back unfortunately

several times ive purchased Bang XXL disposable vapes only the first time did the product work as intended and it lasted for around 5 days. Second time around i had one of two not function, the owner was kind enough to exchange it for me as i had already left the store. the replacement and the other working vape lasted all for but one day then died. these vapes are advertised as "2000 puffs on an average can be consumed in a week" my third time around the vape did not work out of the box as well. i was previously told to try it in store before walking out, this is not something im comfortable with at all during a pandemic. the clerk did not seem surprised when i came back and explained it was broken again and offered no solution. as some one who has worked in the vapor industry for 5 years this is poor practice. i advise customers to shop elsewhere. the price isnt worth the lack of trust in a product.

By far the best pieces on vape juice anywhere locally. Somehow Ray even has better prices than getting it online. If you are ther . Make sure to try a bottle of the "OM Express" vape juice. Its $10 for a 120ml, yes, just $10 for a 120ml! The Carver (peanut butter and jelly) and cobra (strawberry, whipped cream, and cake crumbs, or something like that) are both really good. Won't be getting juice anywhere else now for a long time! :) he also ha . a great selection of mods and vapes as well.
