The sales representative, Bengie Rolon, I worked with was very helpful. No pressure was applied to me. He made certain the order was complete and explained when he felt the furniture would be delivered to my residence. He felt even though the website stated 3- 5 weeks it would be better if I were to expect 6-weeks.

Took us 3 years to get a dinning room table and a bedroom set. UNACCEPTABLEul customer service!We had 2 custom orders and things showed up broken, randomly when it wasnt scheduled, half delivers, wrong colors. It was all a bad experience. Yes we eventually got what we ordered but not without damage to our house. Will never return
