I'm not sure why so many negative reviews because I get my blood drawn every few months and haven't had an issue with this place. As long as you make an appointment in advance they take you on time and everyone's been nice and fast. The only issue (not for me) is that there is no one in the waiting area window to help people who don't know how to use technology to check in. I've seen a lot of older people struggling to figure out the iPad and offered to help out.

I have had nothing but quick, efficient, painless service every time I've come in for bloodwork - - except today. The lady who took my sample was gruff, distracted and brusque, and I now have a big blue swollen vein where she stuck me.

I scheduled an appointment to have labs drawn, I came in as scheduled to only be informed by the technician that called me back which was a gentleman btw, (Saman) He explained that my physician didn’t complete the lab slip that was supposed to be completed in order for them to administer the test, Anyhow, I rescheduled my appointment so that I could get to the bottom of this, I phoned into my physician office who then asked me to go back in and get the fax number even thou it showed from their end that everything the doctor requested was in fact submitted already, I came back inside, no one at front desk etc. I waited for staff to come out so I could ask for the fax number to give to the doctor office staff who clearly was on the phone still awaiting with me, The lady who has painted or tatted on eye brows was back there on her phone giggling, I said excuse me, I was here earlier blah blah , I am trying to get the fax number and give it to the staff from my doctor office so I could get my labs done, She gave me a dirty look and responded that technically I wasn’t supposed to be back there etc. I informed her that had someone been at the front desk, I wouldn’t have been, she responded well we don’t have anyone at the front desk, So she gave me the fax number etc, I walked away and went back to the lobby area, but honestly what did I do wrong? Or cause any harm? I guess I interrupted her personal phone time and this lady wasn’t feeling it, The nerve of her unprofessional behavior. And then the ATTITUDE, it’s the 2nd day of this New Year and I will just leave this review and pray this woman doesn’t have to draw my labs because if she’s demonstrating behavior and attitude like this over a question imagine how she will handle drawing my blood? Anyhow, Saman, the Gentleman came out to the waiting room smiled at me and called me back, He made me feel appreciated and informed me not to worry, I wasn’t really but the fact that he saved the day made a huge difference! So Thanks Saman, I hope the higher up people see this review and know how much of a valuable player or addition to their team you are, As far as the grown lady with the tatted eyebrows, she needs training especially when you are at work you do a job not check facebook or instagram or whatever personal agenda you got going on. Unacceptable and I will put in a complaint as well. So uncalled for.

There is one very rude, disgruntled female staff employed here. She is known not to speak to you or even welcome you to this Quest lab. She is rough with her blood draws and should NOT be allowed to work with the public. Many people I know will not go to this specific place because of her. We go to the other Quest Lab up the street where the staff is cheerful, polite and very good at their jobs! The unpleasant female needs to go! She makes it a VERY unpleasant and uncomfortable experience for her coworkers and customers. Not good at all..

While the office appeared mildly dank & smelled of cigarette smoke ( perhaps from a nearby business), the gentleman named Sam who greeted me and drew my blood was friendly and efficient. I would use this location again.

My tech was older lady with tattoo eyebrow was very rude and impersonal. The whole visit felt very cold and unfriendly. I’ve never felt that way at a medical appointment before. She also called me Maleet. I know my name isn’t seen often but she didn’t care to ask if she said it right after she was so far off. It was kind of embarrassing. When she poked me with the needle she was very rough, I’ve had my blood drawn many times over the years and it’s never hurt before.. this hurt, when I said owe, she didn’t even apologize just said, little pinch… umm no mam that was not a little pinch in actually hurt.. Over all I would give zero stars if I could this lady doesn’t belong working with the public.

Quest diagnostics has been a nightmare. Their appointment web site spins in a circle all day. None of the centers near me pick up a phone or they have been disconnected. I’m am now trying my third location two towns away from me.

Everything is fine, if there is an appointment you don't have to wait for too long.

My experience with office have been very pleasant. I like their user friendly website to make my appointments. When I get to the office check-in is simple, I'm seen quickly then I'm out.The male Phlebotomist is friendly, very engaging, he communicates with you and he's always smiling. You can tell he enjoys is job/career.I see what staff are up against with patients being late and walk-ins who feel they should go before someone who have an appointment even after staff explains the process. Gesh, every company has their policies and rules. Sometimes I feel it too but I need the to get my medical Dr. orders to be completed for my health. Good luck everyone. Stop stressing over the small stuff.

This old gutter of a so called woman who is a supposed "health care worker" comes out of no where, while I patiently wait to be called up, starts yelling at me telling me I'm not on the appointment list. She didn't even know my name yet she was so adamant I did not make a appointment. She started yelling even more asking repeatedly why I was even here" To which I replied bc I have a appointment. She asked for my name then she search it up. AND LO AND BEHOLD I was on the appointment list. She made poor excuses for her atrocious behavior like a child who doesn't understand the concept of accountability. Not only that she then made me wait even more while other patients who came later was allowed to go before me. How do you have a sign that says "RESPECT THE STAFF" when your staff clearly doesn't respect the patients. Respect is a two way street. So long as your staff act the same way as this neurotic "health care worker" don't expect respect from the patients.

Made an appointment for my son and I. Didn't wait too long and the phlebotomist was friendly, kind and did a good job on my son's draw. The problem was that my appointment was not found in their system and they "don't take walk ins". The tech basically insinuated that I was being dishonest. He said he would accommodate me "this time". I didn't appreciate his attitude in regards to my blood draw which I had made an appointment for online. I would also mention that the entry way including the front glass door is filthy and needs to be cleaned. Gross for a medical facility.

I came to my appointment all flustered and anxious I have anxiety, was dehydrated and stuff and I found them to be kind of rude and impatient and just giving me an attitude when I got a little disheveled and went in the wrong direction. They need to learn how to have better customer service skills. And I wasn't trying to give anybody a hard time and I didn't give anybody a hard time. Maybe they need to learn how to deal with people who have anxiety and other issues in a better fashion. Also didn't know o was supposed to walk out with urine sample as I've been told to leave sample on box in bathroom that is set up in there

The Dr and especially the phlebotomist were incredibly rude to anyone that was a walk in. They were both condescending and unhelpful to people with questions. The people in the lobby were helping each other out instead. While waiting the nurse was running her mouth so bad I could hear it from the lobby for the 45 mins. 45 minutes (I pity her family) Place has bad energy and horrible service, no doubt due to the toxic negative people working there.

Rude person I tried talking to, walked away. No one in the waiting room or cars in the parking lot…Blood draw takes 10 min. Walk ins are no longer walk ins and you need an appointment…why quest went this route isn’t patient friendly at all!!!!
