    I had made an appointment. I was taken in shortly after I signed in. The tech was excellent, I didn't even feel the needle going in the vein. The office is clean and all are very respectful. Great place to go get your testing done.

    Easy check-in. Appointments are taken on time. Automated so there is no phone for questions. One time it was snowing and I wanted to see if they were open and possibly delayy appointment, but couldn't.

    the phlebotomist was perfect, she got the blood in one stick and I felt no pain. Best of all I did not bruise as I normally do.
