Not very clean facility and very rude and unfriendly staff. I very rarely leave reviews but never had such a bad experience. The technician was very condescending to the customer in front of me and seemed annoyed when I asked if the results were being sent to my primary care physician.

Was unsure about going here after reading reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. I had an excellent experience.I made an appointment online and received a text confirmation. When I arrived, I checked in via a link they texted me so I didn't have to check in with the kiosk. I wasn't even waiting a minute before they took me back - likely because I had arrived right at my appointment time. The experience was quick and painless - except for the obvious pinch, of course. The site states they prioritize appointments, so definitely recommend doing that when possible. I made mine the day prior for the following morning. When I arrived, there were several people waiting ahead of me, but I assume they either were walk-ins or were early for their appointments since I was called almost immediately.

Horrible service. I got bruise on my arm where the lab tech drew the blood. I do blood work every six months to check thyroid levels and it is the first time happened like this. I will be changing the location from next time.

Had no issues. Kiosk is fast and simple. Got in around 1:15 (no apt), waited about 45mins, list on TV was always about 15 appointments, so they were busy. The woman with the short styled brown hair (didn't catch name) was very nice and listening to 90s music (Mazzy Star) which is my favorite music decade, so that was nice. Blood draw was painless and quick. Will go back.

Trash, hire better staff with more efficient pathologists. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not go here

Always horrible customer service. Their system is broken. Lab orders don't show up in their system even though the doctor's office shows that it's there. Quest blames the doctor. The doctor blames Quest. Over and over again for more than a year. Nobody is willing to fix it. And it's not just me. Sitting there for 30+ minutes waiting to get this resolved, THREE other people came in who had appointments, had the confirmation message on their phone, yet they weren't in their system. Just awful. Infuriating every time. Will be finding somewhere else to go from now on.

Rude, not pleasant at all. Unprofessional. I wouldn’t allow them to handle a stool sample let alone draw blood. The place is not very clean.

Horrible at best! Walked in (understanding no appointment) at 7:00am. No one in the waiting lobby; excited that I might been seen. No such luck! Waited 55 mins 15 of those mins with no one in the wait lobby. No communication…No acknowledgment! Not even a mention that the wait could be longer. Not having customer service to get updates is a huge disadvantage. Phlebotomists completely disregard and dismiss you if you’re a walk-in/no appointment so make one or don’t go there…Latter is the preference going forward.

The people drawing the blood are great at what they do. The facility always seems dirty. Check in for walk-ins is a nightmare. There is no staff to help with the process if you don't understand the kiosk. I always make an appointment but have helped others with their check-ins. I don't blame the staff. I blame corporate or whomever decided to eliminate any personal interaction. I'm sure it was part of a cost savings initiative. I recently went to a Labcorp facility within a Starling office and the experience was the opposite - easy check-in and helpful staff - I did't have an appointment. Funny part is I ended up there because the Quest website showed they were still in the building but were not.

HORRIBLE service. The people working there are mean and rude. I witness then yelling at a 95yo woman who simply wanted to know if her DR sent in the paperwork or not. They told her to stop asking and wait for her appointment and refused to help her. It was horrible. When they finally helped her they figured out they didn’t have the paperwork and she had to leave and come back as a standby. The technician yelled at her and said “didn’t you hear me” and the elderly woman said, “I don’t really hear very well”. It was so sad I wish the company cared for their customers!I made an appointment through the app I had a confirmation when I got there. The automated system refused to give me my appointment, and when I showed the lady my confirmation through my email she said oh well you just have to sit there and wait I waited for an hour and a half and still no service.

Walked in for routine blood work ordered by PCP. My doctor stated to just walk in and they will have the orders in the system which I did. Lab tech was very rude at the fact that I did not make a appointment for which I was told non was needed. Tech stated "next time make a appointment so we don't have 50,000 people waiting in the waiting room". When I arrived there was only one other waiting for service. I will continue to not make a appointment for a service which literally takes 3 minutes and the fact that Quest Diagnostics does not require appts. for their service. Judging by the reviews on this location I am not the only one experiencing this.

I will never go to this lab again. I came at 7am and was the only person there. At 7:15 the lab tech told me I should make an appointment. He was rude to me because I was a walk in. Now I understand why there signs on the door that said please don’t bang on the door or glass door!
