Very convenient service. The guys were on time and did a great job. I deducted one star as the price was a lot higher than my mechanic would have charged but overall they did a good job.

They called when they said they would call, they came at the time they said they'd come, and they did a great job. Very friendly and professional. Would definitely use them again.

They may have a five star rating, but I would not recommend using them for Classic auto glass. I took a day off from work in order to be there to open up. The technician showed up and told me everything was wrong and there was nothing he could do about it. I kept telling him I specifically took the day off, and I couldn’t imagine that there wasnt anything “we” couldn’t correct and he just would not offer any solutions. His reply was, you can pay us for two hours while we watch you fix the issues. I called another glass tech who was actually able to stop out that afternoon and looked at everything and said that the issues could’ve been straightened out within about 20 minutes. Very very unhappy with Plymouth auto glass. They might do a good job on newer stuff, but I would not at all recommend wasting your time using them for Classic auto glass.

Brian arrived promptly at my workplace. He explained the procedure to replace my windshield.He said another technician would come to recalibrate the system. All was done in a timely manner, professionally and efficiently. I would certainly recommend. Brian even removed the skeletal remains of a squirrel that met its demise stuck under the windshield cowl !!No wonder there was a mysterious oder in the car!!Thanks Brian!

I got a same-day appointment while traveling after a hotel parking lot break in. The right glass was installed in only an hour. Kept my vacation plans on track - would have been a show-stopper.

I had a back window replaced on a Toyota Tacoma. this week. The service tech communicated his arrival time to my home. His name is Raoul .. he was a very kind, professional tech with excellent knowledge of the removal and installation steps and I watched as I worked for Toyota and found the process interesting. I would rate the tech and the completed job a BIG TEN!!

I broke my back glass on my car on Sunday. Another service couldn't fix until the 9th! We decided to give Plymouth a try. Great service! Josh showed up on time. Did a beautiful job. Would highly recommend them over any other glass company. Customer for life.

Excellent and prompt service. They were recommended by the Audi dealership to replace my cracked windshield. I called and spoke with Rachael, who was pleasant and accommodating. Although the windshield was on back order, it came in much quicker than expected, and she called me immediately to schedule an appointment. The technician was on time and very helpful. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend.

Real pros from start to finish....from the person who answered the phone, then the tech and the owner even called after to make sure I was satisfied. They came out to my workplace, as scheduled and calling ahead to confirm. This may be a big name who advertises but they are a family business to whom you matter!

Josh was great! Courteous, professional, and polite. He had my windshield replaced within an hour. The only comment would be to clean the windshield and dashboard before leaving.

Went to see them with a crash in windshield. They were able to deal with the insurance and set up an appointment quickly. They were fast, clean and courteous. The admin staff and the techs. I always enjoy having Plymouth Glass do any type of work for me.
