If I could give this place zero stars I would the minute I said axolotl in my fish tank the young lady told me she would not sell me fish. After bagging them. I asked her the reason and she told me because you’re axolotl will eat the fish and directed me over to the bloodworms like it was my first rodeo. Having an axolotl I feed my axolotl live shrimp and fish. She became very defensive about it. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere as I’ve always hated petsmart to begin with also after the fact I stated you have dead fish on filters in all these tanks will it hurt my axolotl because of bacteria. I’ll take my business back to animal city they have a better Selection. And fish are a lot more Healthier.

A small store but packed with all the essentials. Very friendly staff pointing me in the right direction. Quick check out process despite a lot of people.

I’m very conflicted about my review. My first experience in the store and some of the associates were rude and not very helpful at all, but two of the associates were fantastic! (Ugh, I wish I got their names) I’ll go back and update the post later.)) Can truly say one of the women provided the best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. After the first associate rudely dismissed me she quickly came over to help, and instantly found the item I was looking for (in a sea of tiny cat food cans). I then walked around the store looking for a dog toy, couldn’t find it, asked 2 associates, one literally brushed me off because she was on her way somewhere and the other just wasn’t interested in helping, just pointed me in the right direction. I searched again with no luck, then I spot (the amazing associate) showed her the picture of the toy, and again, she instantly found the item. Very impressive considering the item looks nothing like the picture you in person and was all of 2 inches. I also want to acknowledge the girl at checkout, she was great, very patient! I had 109 cans of food!

They need someone new bagging the crickets. I don’t know what the problem is but charging people for 100 crickets when there’s clearly maybe 50 in the bag is insane! Send your workers to school so they can learn how to count!

Whoever is bagging the crickets clearly can’t count. I sent my son to get 50 crickets, he came home with maybe 20. He was charged for 50 and the lady told him there is 50 crickets in the bag. Her glasses must be broke because I don’t see the other 30 crickets in this bag.

Miranda is the absolute BEST associate at this location!! She is always so friendly and willing to help. She has helped me on many occasions with crickets or fish questions and always greets me with a smile and asks how I am!! Overall, I like the manchester PetSmart over any other location in the area.

They have really good food here. It's not the greatest looking place in Manchester, but they do a great job with their food.

I was charged extra at the groomers the pat two visits without my consent to the additional services & charges they added. I asked the groomer Bee specifically if the fall special for $25 was an additional cost to the bath & brush base cost of $32 or if it was $25 total. Bee told me it was $32 total so we agreed & at pickup Bee says she had to charge me a little more because they ran out of coupon books for the fall special (worth $200) but told me she did the nail grind, etc. for $26 more. I said I specifically asked you how much it would be for the fall package so the additional $26 for the deluxe package is a LOT more than I planned to pay. My total cost was $62.68 with taxes! I mentioned to Bee when I first came in that I would pay the $15 extra for the nail grind if she thought my dog needed it & she said not to worry because it was included in the fall package that we agreed would cost $32. That package was also supposed to come with $200 worth of coupons & since she said they ran out of the coupon books I asked her if she could ask someone like a manager about getting me one when they do come back in stock so I could at least get the entire fall special I paid for. She said yes & sorry but walked by thanksgiving manager Mercedes who was also outside the salon without saying anything. I doubt she asked or even mentioned her major mistake probably because she didn’t want to get in trouble because I haven’t heard from anyone. When Bee apologized I said you should have called me when you realized your mistake before performing additional services that I did not agree to. She again mentioned that she needed to ring it up as deluxe to do the nail grind and other additional services she listed off as if that was the only option. But I could have just paid $15 more for the nail grind on top of the base brush & bath cost of $32 and saved $11 plus taxes, but Bee just took it upon herself to perform services & charge me for the deluxe package for $26 (not the fall special for $25) that I did not ask for or consent to! So then today I take my Great Dane 6 month old puppy to get groomed and this is a reschedule from Monday because a groomer had covid so now Al (Alonna) is my dog’s groomer & I tell her that I’m interested in upgrading my base package of bath & brush which was $27 for a puppy bath last time I came in only a few months ago on May 15th but the base cost was increased to $39 today without warning, even though he’s only a six month old puppy. She gives me her sales pitch on the deluxe package versus the luxury package which she says are both her favorite (and this is what leads me to believe management has these girls pushing sales). So I tell her I don’t need the top luxury package & that the elDeluxe will be fine since it includes mail grind. Again it’s usually only $15 to add a nail grind but I wanted my puppy to smell good too so I wanted better shampoo & conditioner & the cologne spritz mentioned in the deluxe service description. We agree so then I pick him up about an hour later. He has no bandana, he doesn’t smell good or bad so the shampoo & conditioner upgrade I supposedly got with the cologne spritz is not apparent or worth the extra money. Then she tells me she had to charge $10 more (sounds familiar) because they needed two girls to help cut his nails. I asked her if this is a new fee because in all the years I’d been coming here with my other Great Dane who was 13 when she recently passed, I had never even heard of this fee. She says no. Then I leave & go to pay when I notice I had been charged another fee of $15 for the express grooming that they suggested he needed the last time he had been here because he didn’t like being in the crate. But no one tells me about the extra fees & they’re not listed anywhere online either when booking or in the service option price listing. It seems these groomers are just start making up fees to get that extra sale. I want my $59 back for the extra fees and services I did not agree to. Otherwise I hope t

I saw this kitten and fell in love at 1st sight. I wanted to pet her and see how the interaction would be and was brushed off by the volunteer. I was ready to pay the adoption fee right then and there, but oh well I guess they didn't want my money. So disappointing ? Petsmart wasn't responsible for this in any way.

Never have enough cashiers. I'm always waiting in line. A busy store, being in a mall area, you would think more than one register would be open. And why ask for a phone number every time when I never get anything for it.
