They NEVER have more than one register open and there is ALWAYS a line at check out.

I will shop here for my pets. But I refuse to bring my animals here for grooming & vet services. My good friends cat came back to her blind & hearing loss.

Everyone is always nice at the registers. When the line backs up the cashier always calls for back up which arrives quickly. They offer cats for adoption through rescues and have dog training classes as well.
