I was there to vaccinate my cat for the 1st time. They don't ask you which vaccines you want on your pet or how many months of treatment you prefer or afford to pay. They want to decide for you without telling you how much it cost each service of course. Then they send you to the cashier without a customized invoice on the cost of each service. I feel as they tricked me. I paid $390 at the cashier without an invoice or customized receipt. This should be illegal.. How do you know if you got overcharged or what vaccines they did on your pet..etc.??? They are as all others into squeezing your wallet. .. Maybe the state should investigate their practices. My 1st time there and so disappointed at the whole experience. I don't think I will take my pet to them again. Not so humane the way they treated my pet in the process. ?

Just aweful i am heartbroken they shaved my rough collie! I have been there several tomes before and been relatively happy til today! He wasn't mated , maybe on his belly but they shaved him to the skin, what the hell! Totally ruined the beautiful coat he had.

Useless store and employees. Waited over 25 mins with kids after telling front staff that I am waiting for someone to come and help with buying some fish. No one came over, I was tired of waiting and we left the store . I will never shop here Useless store.

Dawn was super nice. Made sure we got what we needed! I tried to send an email to petco directly but they only allowed phone calls...so this will have to do!

On Saturday 4/9/22 My family went to the Manchester Petco to get dog supplies. We saw a black ferret. We have a ferret at home so we were considering adding another. There was only one visible worker, a female cashier who was swamped. My husband went to the back of the store to find another worker. He found a gentleman in the back doing signs. He asked for his help. He told my husband he wouldn’t help him and to go ask the busy cashier. He was very rude. We left the store without purchasing anything, we were going to spend about $600. We went to PetSmart instead for the dog supplies. My kids were devastated about not getting the ferret. We called the store and asked to speak to the manager, we are pretty sure the manager is the man my husband spoke to in store, the man in the phone didn’t ask our names or offer his name, he just said “it would be taken care of “ . We are waiting to hear back from PetCo corporate but I strongly suggest not using this location, or possibly any Petco’s. They do not seem to value customers or their own busy employees. That poor cashier upfront.

I went to the store to buy some deworm I saw that they was a veterinarian in the back of the store I asked a question about deworming your dog the girl behind the counter would not answer my questions she said that she could not answer me an order for me to get an answer what's the book appointment with them and appointment was 2 months down the line and here is my dog loaded with worms puppy and all I was asking was the question I went to the front of the store and the people in the front of the store was 100% more help then veterinarian in the store so I crossed that veterinarian off my list and I will not bring my puppy there they have no concerns for my animal and that was my experience

Went in to get a guinea pig for my 11 year old daughter. When we got to the isle were they were located we were greeted by Solenne. She was working on the hamsters but didn’t let that stop her from talking to us and answering all our questions. She was so nice and so knowledgeable giving us tips and taking her time to talk to us about how to properly care for it. She showed us everything we needed and even was so kind to tell us to download the app and take advantage of the price match. We saved lots of money doing so. It was an awesome experience especially for my daughter. Thank you Solenne for giving us that amazing experience.
