Very hopeless service. I am coming over the month to resolved my payment issues. They can’t figure out about my loan pay off value. Looks like no one has knowledge about commercial loan . They can’t even pull out my account.

worst bank in history. terrible rude staff, insulting. ATM machine never works. Its a total joke, never bank here. MANY BETTER OPTIONS

Very rude and unfriendly. I was there to get a letter for proof of funds. No one knows what is that. Sit for 30 minutes and then told me I needed an appointment . I came to the East Hartford branch and the teller did it within 5 minutes. Proof of funds.
