Trying to purchase a home and decided on getting a loan here. Its a good thing I didn't come into this as a novice, because no introductory step by step walk through of how the process works was given. Whenever I called to inquire on something, I felt like I was a bother when all I am trying to do is be a responsible informed borrower. Their customer service and attitude is very poor in the mortgage loan department. I'll be looking elsewhere.

Yes we recommend Northeast Family Federal Credit Union. We got a loan and their interest was 2.6% . We are happy and we will continue with them.

I have been a member since I was 16 with my first checking account. I have had numerous loans and have always been taken care of. The North Windham branch has the best staff; friendly, caring and most of all always professional. I intend to continue all my financial needs here at NEFCU!

I've used Northeast Family for years now and I can't speak highly enough about the professionalism I've found there. Whenever I've had questions about my accounts there is always someone to answer. When I arrive at the branch, whether the drive-up or inside, the people are friendly and helpful. I never feel like a number, always a person. I like that in this day of technology. But while they maintain that person to person comfort they are also cutting edge with their technology. I can bank from home any time - track my deposits and withdrawals, which helps me keep sane!

I've been with this CU since moving here almost 30 years ago. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The online banking is easy breezy and I feel like I'm more than a number every time I enter the building and receive a smile of welcome and recognition. Recently I've had very excellent service from Megan and Kelly. They both deserve raises. 🤓

NFCU Is a great place to do banking. If you like to shop local and are interested in investing in your own community, then this is a place that will match your preferences. They are serious about community enhancement and participation. And besides all of that, they are a great credit union with super customer service. I love being able to walk to the place where I can cash a check or make a deposit . . . but also like that fact that they have a great APP for my phone! Check them out, Manchester neighbors!

I have been a member since the 70s. I could not imagine doing business with any other bank or credit union. They are my friends and treat their members with a personal touch that will make them my financial institution for the rest of my life. Honest, friendly, helpful, and they make you feel comfortable doing business with them EACH and EVERY time you deal with them.

Terrible customer service on the phone. Blamed me for their faulty system and hung up me. I gave them a second chance and called back and it was suggested I don't know how to use a phone and I was argued with. It is not my financial institution and never will be. I just moved to the state and will gladly take my business elsewhere.
