Every single person is so friendly, so happy to have found it and will continue to come in for our annual check ups! Thank you to all the staff for being so kind, warm and friendly! I was in months ago and still think about the wonderful experience my family and I had, and will recommend it to everyone we know.

The staff at the Manchester location is kind they answer all your questions they make you feel like family. Dr. Motto is an amazing physician he is friendly, makes sure all your questions are answered and more importantly was amazing to my son who is special needs, he has a lot of patience and is very understanding. Yail is great she will go over what the insurance covers, I made a few calls to her she was always friendly and answered all my questions. Overall a great experience with Dr and staff.

I recently visited the eye doctor in Manchester,
and had the pleasure of being assisted by Yail. She was incredibly helpful and took her time to ensure that I was comfortable with my choices. She patiently answered all my questions, paid attention to details, and showed a great deal of respect throughout the process. I truly appreciated her courtesy and professionalism. Received 2 different quotes from 2 different clerks for frames. Their response was simply ‘it must be the computer.’
Then I had to sign a waiver that said if they break my frames putting in my new lenses, they are not responsible!!

My glasses broke recently and I was helped by Yail who could not have been nicer or more helpful. She went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to find me what I wanted and help me get a replacement pair asap. I wish everyone was as helpful as she was. Also if note/ the glasses I was originally prescribed were fantastic and a huge improvement over my old pair!

Great service, however they should update their hours on their website. Wasted an hour of my day getting there before they closed at 7 p.m. just to see on the door they close daily at 6.

The doctors here do a great job but the ones that truly exceed expectations are the ladies in the front. They can answer any question regarding prescriptions, insurance, & help you with picking out the perfect frame. They have helped me with my daughters glasses more times than I'd like to admit and they always do it with a smile. I know anytime I need something they're always here to help. Best place to get glasses and best customer service hands down. Thank you ladies your amazing!!

2½ years ago.I bought Ray-Bans which I've owned for 40 years. Didn't realize it at first but they seemed very lightweight and plastic-y, not solid like my others. I compared them to the same model at other stores and in Italy: they were all the same but this pair was no more than ½ the weight. I doubt their original. The shopkeeper in Italy said they don't seem right either.Besides that, the lenses didn't last 6 months before getting scratched. Before you say it, I've been in optics for 40 years before retiring. I've cleaned dozens of $100,000 to $2,000,000 instruments with not a single scratch. The lenses and coatings are poor quality.
