I have been restoring my C3 corvette for about a year and a half and have been buying a lot of parts from Top Flight. Recently I got the car back from paint shop and started to complete the interior. When I opened the carpet set I discovered there was no passenger side carpet. I contacted the sales service dept. at Top Flight and the lady I talked to said she would check on correcting and get back to me. I haven’t heard from her. I have sent two messages also with no response. I guess a valued customer is not appreciated with Top Flight. I just need an answer from them and really disappointed with no response to my call and messages. Update- Top Flight responded and Cassie made things right. I received my missing piece of carpet today. Thanks Cassie and Top Flight, I can now finish my carpet.

First a big shoutout to rep Kelly Fultz for astounding customer service. Kelly is a major part of why I will continue to order parts from here. Reasonable prices and reasonable shipping brought me in, The customer service is why I will always have top flight as one of the first places I check for parts from now on. Thanks Kelly!
