I had a headlight issue and had just purchased the bulbs from nearby auto store. I was told unfortunately its not a essy switch due to vehicle. I was headed out of town and didn't want to drive with 1 head light out. I couldn't find a garage open in the Manchester area open after 5pm. I pulled into Monroe lot happened to see the garage Bay open. They was just about to close and mechanic was working still working on a car. He was willing to help me. In order to replace the bulb on my 2015 mercedes benz GLK the entire tire needed to be removed. This man went above and beyond the call to help me. He was able to replace both head lamp bulbs for me. Good customer service and genuinely kind people is rear. Thank you Omar I was able to get to my destination in Boston.

We contacted Monro and asked about the Cost to fix the air conditioning in my sons 2007 Honda Accord. We brought the car in and they gave us a quote of approximately $800. They did part of the job that involved the fluids but then discovered that the compressor was broken. We paid the $392 for the work they did.
I asked how much to fix the compressor and they said $500. So that amounted to $892 for the job.
When I arrived the next week to drop off the car for the compressor job, I was told the total remaining due was $1100. I discussed with the person and he showed me a form that had been written that day with the costs on it. He claimed that was the offer when I first asked about it, which it was NOT. The original quote was $892. I checked around and was told that was a fair price.
Monro has a bait and switch routine. Beware if you’re considering working with them.

I went there for oil change they take key and take way to long if you want you key bad they don’t want to give you until they change they keep telling you 5 minutes 5 min it’s take them 2 hours

August 6 / 2024 I make a appointment for oil change 3 o’clock I went there they take my key don’t charge it for hours I asked them give back my key so I can go because I have to go somewhere else to they say they can’t until the owner comes back that day I come home around 4:47 don’t recommended they charge 122 you can do oil change from any other place with that kind of money

Very professional establishment!!! I spoke with a Michael G in the Manchester location and he was able to install a new battery in my car with an hour left before the store closed. That’s what I call true heart. He could’ve had me book an appointment the next day but immediately said to bring my car right it no questions asked and his professionalism speaking to me was very appreciated.

This place is a scam. Don't ever go there. They literally stole 10 dollars from me. I wouldn't recommend Monroe to anyone in the world. The ppl had no idea what they were doing and took so long when the place was empty. 3 ppl at one computer for 15 min before acknowledging me. Economy is right next door. I watched 10 cars get oil changed while I'm still waiting for my 1 oil change at Monroe. Never will I go back or recommend this place to anybody. Zero stars

They were extraordinarily kind with today’s service. There was complete transparency and I’ve never had an experience as kind as the one I just had. Will definitely be coming back for future maintenance. 10/10 recommend!

I went to Monroe for an oil change and Omar Hazrat was attending the front desk, and scheduled my tuneup future appointment. He also did the oil change himself! Omar has a friendly smile, and is easy to talk to, he has good listening skills and gives good feed back to questions . over all Omar provided excellent customer service!!
