Michaels is getting a 1 because I can’t leave 0. On December 27th my husband and I went to Michaels to exchange something from pandora. On a whim we ended up getting two matching diamond bands to go with my engagement ring. One ring was from Buckland and the other because it was matching was from west farms. Amanda the girl who helped us said she would personally take the ring from buckland to west farms for them to be sized together as west farms actually has a jeweler on site for sizing. Our paperwork said it would be ready Jan 11th. That’s two weeks we get it. Called at day 8 just on a whim was told they would be ready the 11th. Well it ended up being the 12th ok. But we get there and they only have one ring. It’s not that it taken longer it’s been a huge run around. Now second ring was supposed to be in today the manager promise yes it snowed a little and they closed early but to not even get a phone call is absolutely crazy will never be going back. And might just request my money back. Do no ever go here.

Fantastic times two! Edward helped me find an amazing engagement ring. He helped me order a custom engagement ring, it was a quick and perfect experience! Oh she said yes and cried thank you Ed. She is constantly told how beautiful the ring looks. First purchase was over a year ago for some diamond earrings. Thanks again to everyone at the Manchester store.

First time in Michaels Jewelers Buckland Hills Mall and Lisa was absolutely fabulous . From the time we walked in, she answered all our questions and even had us laughing.Hands down she was very experienced and listened to what we were looking for . She made very good suggestions as well as gave us various options. We happily purchased a 3ct tw14kt White Gold Engagement Ring and 14kt White Gold Diamond Band. It was an excellent upgrade for my wife of over 20yrs. She is extremely happy and so am I. Lisa and the friendly staff at Michaels….. you guys ROCK!I would and I will highlyrecommend Lisa at the Buckland Hills Mall.

Our experience at Michaels Jewelers has always been great for us, except one time, at the West Farms location, but that has been rectified so there is no reason to discuss that further. Still Five Stars.Michaels Jewelers has their Estate Jewelry available again after a brief slow down with the pandemic and today Lisa at the Buckland Hills Location helped me with some beautiful Valentine's Day gifts for my wife. If you haven't been to Michaels you need to go and check it out.

We received fantastic customer service at Michael’s when shopping around for wedding bands. We definitely made more than one “just looking” visit over the past few months and EVERY time we were welcomed by professionals who answered our questions, helped us try on a few different styles, and actually provided amazing insight. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase at any visit. At the end of the day, we knew exactly where we wanted to make our purchases. Highly recommended.

After shopping around for engagement rings, I met with John in the Manchester store. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with no pressure to make the purchase. Instead, he educated me so much that I feel I can now sell rings. I truly felt like he was very trustworthy, genuine and patient. Fast forward to today…. my now fiancé LOVES her ring. The wedding is 11 months away. This was an INCREDIBLE experience.

I Absolutely would recommend Michaels jewelers to everyone because of their genuine care in helping you pick out exactly what you're looking for..They are all very knowledgeable about the jewelry and quality you're picking out.
