Mom's pcp sent over an order for DME. I called and they said they take Aetna Medicare for meds but not DME. I called Aetna Medicare and they tell me the pharmacy can bill it to them out of network, my Mom's benefits are the same. I call Manchester Pharmacy back and tell them, Pharmacy says we only bill in network, we can't bill out of network. I tell them, no, you choose not to do it. They say i can pay out of pocket and bill the insurer. Isn't that a service they should do? I get it, chasing the insurance reimbursement is hard. But that's part of the business they are in. Not happy with this.

Prescription was not correct and medical equipment was twice as expensive as internet price. Never going back.

I moved to Manchester Pharmacy after CVS-Vernon, lied about a medication “not being made anymore?” Yeah, no.It IS being manufactured and the generic has proven to be inferior.I don’t trust a pharmacy who lies.Anyway,Manchester Pharmacy delivers (if you want) and so far, no hassles with filling my medications.I call it in and by the afternoon, it’s been picked up.I had delivery once. I had exact change for the co-pay.Very polite and courteous service.

Manchester pharmacy refuse to give me my Klonopin unless I paid them $400 which is what my insurance is for but they're still want to rob me of my money my ad I have less than a dollar in the bank go to CVS or Walgreens there's a better choice

I absolutely love this pharmacy and the amazing staff who work tirelessly to make sure I ALWAYS have each and every medication I need filled an dss ready whenever I have needed it to be. They work with me when I've moved to many different places. Each time with a new delivery address. Never a problem. Although it has been 10+ years since I have lived in Manchester (when I 1st discovered this hidden gem) but I have never even considered switching from this wonderful and trusted absolutely pharmacy for another one. Maybe closer, or they stay open longer and have Sunday hours that would definitely be a lot more convenient for me. But I have NEVER and WILL never even consider that option. Manchester Pharmacy is MY PHARMACY & when it comes to my medications and general health and well-being - im TRUST them to keep me safe and healthy- working w/ all my doctors and their recommendations.I cannot sing enough praises for this establishment. They are simply the best I've ever seen or experienced. I'm blessed.

Did not get great service here. The DME person I dealt with really didn't seem to care at all and had little consideration for me on crutches. Had to coax information out of him. No delivery of scooter which would have been enormously helpful.The shop was messy. It just seems like a place that has a captive market with the hospital right there.

I picked up medical equipment. It was handed to me and I was told,"here you go". I was not told how to use the how to use the equipment. Or given any instructions or directions on how to use it. I figured it out by watching YouTube videos.

I came into the pharmacy for the second time. This place is located near Manchester hospital. The first time I came to the pharmacy was for a wrist brace. The guy who helped me made it easy for me. I just had to wait for him to do the paper work, went over the documents, signed the document, and he matched me for my wrist brace. It was easy! Today was the second time I went back to this location when they opened up at 9am. I went to get my neb machine for a breathing treatment. The guy I met made me sit down and went over my prescription. I left within 5 minutes and it was easy. He gave me the neb machine and asked if I had any questions. I left and headed straight to work!

I started using them when I moved to Manchester. I never had a problem when the original owner was there. Since they've changed hands, it seems to be one thing after another. They offer free delivery- I needed meds delivered 3 times, they only delivered once. Claimed they were short staffed. I've received the wrong meds 2x, and had to make the trip back. When one of my Doctors sends them a 'script, they claim they never got it. Call the Doctor, he assures me it was sent. I called after hours for a refill, (On Sunday, when they were closed.) The recording informed me that I had no more refills, and asked if I'd like them to contact my Doctor, which of course, I said yes. I went in Thursday afternoon, no prescription! I told the girl I'd called it in on Sunday, why wasn't it ready. She asked me if I'd called the Doctor. I informed her that their recording asked if I wanted them to call, why should I ? I wound up calling my Doctor & had him call it in to a different Pharmacy-had it in less than 2 hours. The next day I transferred the rest of my prescriptions to a different drugstore. Ricky S. I cannot say enough good things about Pharmacy Manager Raj and the staff at this pharmacy. They are caring and knowledgeable. They have helped our family out with some very difficult issues involving a family member in Manchester, when we live far away, and cannot do things on our own. I give them the highest possible rating.
