Manchester movers moved my elderly handicapped brother into his new home yesterday.Josh,Peter,& Patrick were extremely helpful and courteous during the move.John my brother was impressed about
how quickly and careful they were with his items.I can't say enough about how through the guys were and addressed any concerns.Donna was great to work with in the office. Thanks again I will continue to use and recommend this company to others.

I needed a mover last minute and I called Manchester Moving. They were excellent they even wrapped furniture for us that wasn’t on our list. They were considerate and respectful. I would recommend them and use them again anytime.

The moving team was excellent. They worked hard for the almost nine hours, filled the full truck with everything that fit. We couldn’t have done it ourselves. Extremely happy and delighted.

THIEVES... Had MM&S move and store my stuff in their "secure" facility. During the 6 weeks it was stored, someone broke into my storage crate and stole everything of value. The movers knew the storage crate had been burglarized but never said a word when they were delivering to my new home. Police report was filed but I can't get a hold of anyone from MM&S to talk about what actions are being taken.

Great experience! Everyone we came in contact with from the owner to the guys who actually lifted the furniture was polite professional and personable. A complex move from CT to VT on time and on the estimate, a great value.

We hired these guys due to our friends past experience with the company.. She said very professional.. HOWEVER NOT SAME EXPERIENCE.. They got here after 9 when they were supposes to be here at 830.. They charged us for 7 1/2 hours when they worked boyt 6 1/2.. I should've paid more attention... Well they got here and Had NO TOOLS LUCKY WE HAD A DRILL/TOOLS.. What moving and storage company workers dnt bring tools...All the old guys did was complain how heavy things were or having to go to 3rd floor.. All they did was complain how heavy things were.. They weren't using any Hand truck so hello... The old guy came in carrying my 65 inch screen TV by himself putting his dirty paws/fingerprints all over it.. I was concerned the way he was carrying it that he was gna drop it... Well they left , and we realizes some things were missing. WELL THEY DIDNT LOAD IN TRUCK!! I GUESS I SHOULDVE BEEN BABYSITTING THEM A LITTLE BETTER.. My couch flip thing is loose.. I told them and they seemed aggravated them..Oh the movers sent a couple guys to load the last of our stuff the next day bit that shouldn't have been necessary..I call them again asking when they were coming to fix, and they tell me their guy has COVID.. Guess who has COVID NOW?? My husband and I.. we let our guard down and didn't wear masks or ask them to wear any....I'm grateful we had someone to move our stuff but WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL MAKE SURE ANY FRIENDA DNT MAKE SAME MISTAKE WE DID.

They didn’t seem to know how to pack the truck. They argued, complained, swore and yelled, 2 out of 3 of them were often on their cell phones. Most upsetting was they didn’t take any of the boxes or items in the basement and didn’t tell us. We are in our late 70’s and needed everything taken. We trusted that they would take what we had shown them to take. They broke a glass door on our curio but assured us that it would be fixed. The older man was a hard worker and kept urging the other two to keep going and not wasting time. I give him credit for working so hard.

We had a very challenging move, my husband and I switched homes with my parents. So we had two full homes to be moved from one house to the other. This should have been done by two teams of movers, but somehow there was complete miscommunication from the office to the guys doing the actual work of moving, they were told it was just one move. So this team of just three guys ended up having to work nonstop, all day long in 90 degree heat. Despite the fact they were totally misinformed about the extent of the job, they just kept going and got this massive job done. George, Pete and Will were phenomenal! I can’t say enough good about them.They alone are the reason for the 5 star rating. They went way above and beyond to make sure we were all happy. If I was rating on the way this was handled by office staff, I can’t say the rating would be very good. These three guys are an incredible asset to the company! Despite being completely overworked, doing a job that should’ve been done by twice as many people, they kept a great attitude and laughed and joked with us, and managed to make a stressful move a little better. Thank you guys for making the best of a very chaotic situation, we so appreciate all you did for us!
