This Honda dealership in Manchester is absolutely fantastic! Everyone there is very professional and accommodating, but I am especially grateful for the help of their sales agent, Leo Martinez! Leo, is not only professional but always makes us feel like we are family, and he, the "brother" looking out for our interests. We've leased 2 cars the past 6 years with Leo's help, and today, we finally bought our first car in decades. Had a wonderful customer experience with James, or has his colleagues referred to him, JP. But my experience with James was so much more than just a car shopping experience, he was patient, helpful, and extremely kind, he listened to me yap about why I was looking for a car. And not only all this, he was the most knowledgeable person, he knew the in's and outs of every aspect of the vehicles! Once I expressed what my needs were, he hooked me up with the Civic Sport! Manchester Honda is not only a great place to buy a car, but Mark Allen is a sales dynamo with no equal. Did he meet our needs? Nay, he EXCEEDED them with levels of customer service that only occur in B-rated action movies or your wildest dreams.
