First and last time we will buy a car from this dealership. Nothing but a negative experience from the start. Customer service & communication in the Service Dept is the worst of any dealership we've ever dealt with. The Finance guy was thowing hissy fits in front of customers; so rude. He acted like we were wasting our time. Staff standing around doing nothing. So unprofessional.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. I recently had a very disappointing experience with a car salesman at this Nissan dealership which drove me to take my business elsewhere. I went in with the intention of trading in my 2010 Nissan Murano yesterday afternoon, but instead of a smooth, professional transaction, I encountered a salesman whose approach can only be described as thuggish and excessively pushy. He initially appraised my car at an insultingly low price. First, he offered me $4000 for it, then out of the sudden, he increased the offer to $8000, which was very strange and suspicious!!
From the moment I arrived, that salesman was aggressive in his tactics, relentlessly pressuring me to make decisions on the spot. Rather than offering helpful information or addressing my questions, his focus seemed to be on making a sale at any cost. It felt like I was being cornered rather than assisted.
This kind of high-pressure salesmanship is not only off-putting but downright disrespectful. It quickly became clear that their priority was not to provide quality service but to coerce a sale, regardless of customers’ comfort and satisfaction.
I left the dealership feeling frustrated and disrespected. I decided to take my business elsewhere, where I was met with a much more respectful and professional attitude. I would strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to think twice and avoid the aggressive tactics I experienced. There are plenty of other places where customer service and respect are priorities.

This is the worst car dealership I’ve ever been to. First of all, the finance manager completely took advantage of me in signing of for some bogus warranty when I explicitly said no multiple times. I felt completely taken advantage of as a young female buying a car for the first time. Trying to get a refund on said warranty has also been impossible as nobody answers the phones or calls back. I’ve left messages with the office manager, with accounting, with the girl I was working with and no one contacts me back. They owe me money as per my contract!!! Do not go here if you want good customer service. I would never buy a car here again or recommend it to anyone as their sales practices are shady and manipulative

This place is great! I bought a used vehicle there and they worked to get me a good deal! How many car dealerships actually try to help you and not just make money? It's a very welcoming environment and my salesman Will was very helpful. If you're in need of a vehicle, stop in.

We just leased this 2024 Nissan Rogue and are very pleased with the deal and information we received on this vehicle. We were greeted at the door by a very pleasant young lady named Miranda who was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. Andrew (Drew) was our salesperson, and provided us with all of the information we needed to make an informed decision. He never made us feel rushed or pressured to make any decisions. The Executive Manager Michael Hamadi presented us with a fair and mutually equitable deal. We felt that Mike gave us the best possible deal right from the start and we didn’t need to get into long drawn out unrealistic negotiations. He worked with us and met our financial needs. Overall everyone we came in contact with at Middletown Nissan was very pleasant. We will definitely buy/lease from this team again when the time arises. We love the vehicle!

These guys have no interest in selling cars, just ripping you off. Got my 2022 pathfinder with all the features I need for 7k less than they were asking for theirs. Shop around. You’ll find way cheaper cars

I went to do the oil change and change the brakes and I had to change the oil just because they wanted to charge me 600 pesos for the brakes nothing more and that I bought the car there I don't plan to go there anymore they are doing a bad service and I have the proof

Allow me to change this rating. I was not given the car color I requested. Service after my purchase was appalling. Upselling every service call and after an accident requiring a new trunk door, it was so improperly installed that everything in my trunk was flooded and molded. When I returned to report the ineptitude I was told that service manager was gone and the new one could not replace anything out of his pocket. Hoffman replaced the trunk door properly. They get the 5 stars.
