Broad St, Manchester branch. I went in, I was next, one customer at counter, 2nd teller just there, look right at me but did not acknowledge me. teller with customer did not acknowledge me. I didn't care untiI this: I am now at the counter, teller acts like I am an inconvenience. she looked like she had a really long day (it was appx.5pm) it was the same type of day I had so it didn't matter, I was getting my business done. Out of nowhere, she said out loud, I'll be right w/you sir. this got my attention, I turned to see who she give such a welcoming acknowledgment, it was a white man in a suit jacket. a 2nd person must have entered the bank, the 2nd teller called out asking what service they needed. I brought what happened to the teller's attention, I was completely ignored standing in line but the two white people got quick acknowledgement. she said she was sorry, I told her she wasn't because she will do it again. I reminded her she will be enjoying Juneteenth but don't care to know why. This United branch needs some serious customer service training. A few weeks ago the manager had an attitude like it was an inconvenience, she wanted to conduct my business in the middle of the common area, I had to ask her if this is where you'll speak to me, only then she moved into her office. Maybe it's time I find a different bank.
