Absolutely best filing experience I've ever had. All of my questions were answered and explained perfectly. What a joke. I took my elderly client there today to do a simple tax return and an older woman at the desk said that the guy was still sleeping!! We had a 1030 appointment and they asked us to come back at 11. We said no thank you And left. I ended up doing the taxes online for my client without any issue. Which I should’ve done the first place but she insisted going here. Someone needs to be fired lol

Very unprofessional. I set up an appointment and showed up to find that no one was there. The place smells strongly of cigarettes and the lady there took my number, asked me to come back and never got back to me.
