The owners of the shop are very friendly, easy to speak to and always find a way to work with you. They are sympathetic to the customer’s needs and do everything they can to go above and beyond. So thankful for this shop! They performed an open heart surgery on my car, which wasn’t an ordinary repair but they were willing to do whatever they could, even if that meant doing things out of the ordinary to get it done!… it was a success by the way. I can't say enough good things about Lew Pelletier’s. After a disappointing experience with another mechanic, Lew’s was highly recommended to me by multiple people.They went above and beyond for me and made sure to let me know I was in good hands. They were honest, fair, and provided excellent service. I'm glad I made the switch and will be back for all my automotive needs.

Our car hasn't been under warranty in some time and have dreaded the thought of finding a mechanic. Thankful to have connected with this garage. We have had multiple things worked on with more scheduled and TO schedule. Very friendly, fair, great work and accessible!!!!

My son's car broke down miles away from home on his way back to college. Luckily he found this shop and they couldn't be any kinder, supportive, and knowledgeable. They helped diagnose the problem, offered suggested fixes, and as importantly, provided a "home" environment for my son as he was dealing with the stress of what to do next. The world needs more people like Shaina and Patrick.

The owner and his wife was very friendly and reliable. I had a vehicle that needed transporting and the hired company couldn't get it started to be able to load it.. i called this company and they went out and replaced the battery for me being that i didn't live in that State. The price they charged was good and they refused to let me tio them.
