From the moment Irina greeted me at the door, she provided a hands on experience. Irina knew the entire store inventory, looked at pictures of my family room and worked around my schedule to bring rugs to my home for me to see. After I chose a rug, she and her “helpers” moved furniture to set up the rug in my home. They even took my old rug away.

working with Irina and staff was so easy. I have a colorful vibrant rug that was purchased from Morocco. because the rug is very colorful, the colors were easy to run together, so they had to clean it by hand. They did an AMAZING JOB. I was so thankful they took great care and was professional. I would highly recommend getting your rug serviced.

I use durable easy to care for wool rugs in the higher traffic areas of my rooms. The rug in my family room was ready for a cleaning and some minor repairs. I thoght this mitght be an opportunity to freshen up the look of my room with a new rug. I brought the old rug to the Manchester store to price cleaning and explore the possibility of trading it in towards purchase of a new one.
Irina was very helpful in finding a rug that would look good over the wall to wall carpet in the room using the sample I brought with me. The new rug was more than I had wanted to spend but it refreshes the look of the room and looks great with the other furnishings in the room. I am happy with this purchase.

I called Kaoud Rugs on a Sunday morning expecting to leave a message, however, I was pleasantly surprised when Maurice Kaoud answered the phone. He gave clear directions as to what to do in preparation for my rug to be cleaned, and that I could expect a call from someone shortly since the store opened at noon. And that is exactly what happened. Irina could not have been more helpful and the guys arrived around 2pm that day - as promised. They were pleasant and very careful with moving my furniture to roll up my very large rug. Irina called me a little later to tell me she viewed my rug and discussed the cleaning options.
I can't say enough about the EXCELLENT customer service I received on a Sunday. I look forward to seeing my beautifully clean rug soon!

Went into the Manchester shop on a Sunday, really just to look around and get ideas for once our hardwood floors are installed. The staff took the time to show us a huge variety of rugs, explained the differences between them, and we found one that we loved at a reasonable price. What a great experience, and we can't wait to have it in our home.
