Store was pretty dead and the downstairs level registers were closed. Had to stand in a line at one register to check out. That said, at least there was *some* air conditioning in there and the escalators were working, which I cannot say for their competitors, or even the main mall itself. Came in a few weeks ago to get new glasses. I had the pleasure of working with Ed, not only was he professional but he was sensitive to my busy schedule and was able to get me in and out. He exceeded my expectations, I will absolutely be going back for any of my optical needs. A+ for customer service!

I had dyed my hair with box dye and turned it orange, I called Jcpenney salon to fix it. I was so happy with the results and have been back 3 times since! Chelsea is amazing and she knows what she's doing!!! I recommend Jcpenney Manchester, CT salon!!!
