I bought a bump stopper cream when I was ready to use it I opened it it was grainy and about 1/3 space in the container then I realized it was opened before because the seal was broken I took it to return it and the young lady told me nothing was wrong with it so I should come back the next week when the boss is there so I leave it on the counter and took my receipt and I will never shop there again after 15years

It's pretty much the only place to shop for hair supplies in Manchester. They're good when it comes to supplies, but some of the people working there lack customer service skills. They will ask you if you want a bag. I'll say yes, they charge and still don't give me a bag. Then I have to remind them, and they look at me like I'm the weirdo. As if they didn't just ask me. It happened a few times. Or the exchange is just mad awkward because they lack customer service skills. There's only one girl that's been working there for a while that I really like. The newbies are a bit strange. Sometimes, I will just take the ride to Hartford just to avoid having to deal with some of the weirdo stuff. Also, they have more of a selection in hartford. Overall, it's an okay experience outside of the interaction with SOME of the cashiers.

Great little store for all your makeup, hair, and nail products! They sell jewelry for body piercing including belly, nose rings, earrings, rings, bracelets, necklaces and so on... The reason why my daughter and I go here a lot is because not only are the prices excellent but the wide variety of products that you will not find in most stores. If your doing braids or hair extensions they have a wall of different lengths and colors, beads and anything else you need. They also sell hair shampoo & conditioner, gel, hairspray, edge cream and more. The staff here are very friendly & helpful if you have questions about anything.

They have the most gorgeous lashes here! Great makeup and affordable wigs! The workers are very helpful and friendly, a young woman helped me try on wigs for a half hour and she was very kind and patient! Great shop!

I was told a wig that I thought would be a good fit come to find out it was the wrong one and you cannot return it even if it's still brand new there's no policy that says that you should be able to have a return policy or something written if you have a receipt thank God my bank refunded my money and I got the free wig which I'm going to sell on eBay
