“Had a 2 day shopping experience for mattress and couches because I was very indecisive. Dragon was an absolute delight and gave me A LOT of information about each piece so I could make the right decision. I didn't feel pressured to buy either which is always nice. Went in Saturday and left with a handful of items I liked in mind and went home to make sure each item would indeed fit my space. Went back Sunday to make a final decision, and Dragon stayed after closing to wrap us up and make sure we had everything we needed. This showroom has a Huge selection, and the clearance section which gives you ample items to choose from. We will definitely be back to purchase from Dragon!”

“I had the most amazing shopping experience at Ethan Allen in Manchester, Ct. Thanks to our salesperson Aileen Kennedy! My husband and I knew exactly what we wanted due to Aileen’s knowledge. She was sooooooo patient as it took us over a month of visiting the store and many phone and text conversations! Turns out that it was the best purchase we’ve ever made. “My mother was looking for a new kitchen table, and we decided to visit Bob’s. We are so glad we did. Esther was amazing—she helped us select the perfect table within my mother’s price range and made the entire experience enjoyable. She was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive to our needs.
Bob’s is fortunate to have such a wonderful representative on their team. When I’m ready for new furniture, I’ll definitely be returning to Bob’s and asking for Esther.”
“The outside is very deceptive, it looks like it would be a small little shop, but when you walk in you'll realize the business extends far back into the building. If you're an antique lover you'll lose your cool walking in here. The selection of items is rather staggering. Great old furniture, nick knacks, jewelry, watches, an impressive assortment of odds and ends. It's easy to lose track of time while browsing around in there. Picked up a couple of Tom Jones vinyl records and they're awesome. She's a lady! Whoa whoa whoa, she's a lady!”
“World Market is similar to an upscale HomeGoods, with unique home items and décor. Prices are higher, but coupons can help offset that.
I shopped at the Manchester location during the holiday rush. While there was a long line, I waited my turn. At checkout, I was told I couldn’t use my coupons because they weren’t already pulled up on my phone, which was disappointing. I understand the need to keep lines moving, but clearer guidance or a bit more flexibility would have made the experience better.
Overall, I like the store and hope staff receive training on handling long lines while still providing good customer service.”

The 4 rating goes to the floor employees. They are rude and pretend you are not there. I can’t say maybe they’re having a bad day. They are like this every time I go in. Now I will give credit to the staff at the register. These are the ones with a joyful personality. A #5 rating goes to them!”
