Such a welcoming, beautiful salon. You can tell everyone there loves what they do! My 4 year old decided to give herself an at-home-haircut on Monday night and we were able to get a last minute opening on Tuesday to try and save what little hair she had left. When we first walked in, my daughter was in awe of how beautiful the salon is and would not stop commenting that she loved everything about the place. What started as an upsetting event, left her feeling confident and beautiful with her new haircut. She left with an adorable asymmetrical bob that she absolutely loves. On the car ride home, she decided that she "wants to get her haircut everyday!". They were able to make her feel great and confident about herself, priceless!

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. At first they come off as very friendly and nice then after a while they'll start upping the prices randomly and charging you fees for being late and cancellations.They tried to charge me for a cancellation fee because I had to cancel because I had to go to work. none of this was told to me at the beginning because if it was I would have never done business with them. They're very money hungry and all they care about is the money.I had to save up money for months to get my hair did and they have the audacity to try to charge me for canceling appointment because I have to work. SMH.

Ladies! As we all know it can be very difficult to find and trust a hairdresser that can deliver what you want, I’ve waited over 2 years to get my hair done due to it always being wrong. This salon came highly recommended by numerous customers of mine and I’m soooo glad I listened kayvona was my stylist and idk how I ever went without her, she was a delight and absolutely amazing she did everything I mentioned but better she highly exceeded my expectations, every employee that I seen were amazing, happy, and talked with everyone, I was offered a drink several times, I just can’t say enough good things about this salon and kayvona is a freaking rock ⭐️ thank you so much if you get the chance go to this salon you will NOT be disappointed ❤️

It's a couple years later, and just now ... I'm able to heal an undercut that was cut too high and mis-styled.
I had such a terrible experience at this salon that I'm actually back to write a review. Some things that are non-negotiable in customer service:
- when your client doesn't like the look, you gently offer some suggestions from small to large at how to move forward
- you don't make the client feel guilty for a cut that just didn't land
- you don't haze a client when they come in the following day to fix the cut (where was the tea/coffee the second time? where was the customer service the second time?)
I was treated like garbage when I was displeased with my undercut job, instead of accomodated and offered suggestions as to what could be done.
The hairstylist, Sydonie, even admitted that she didn't like the cut. And then the owners / stylist proceeded to act awkward / ignore me when I wanted to take steps to fix it.
So traumatizing! Will never return. What a show they put on for new faces. Unfortunately, the genuine customer service and relational skills aren't there to match the lavish exterior. Also ... skills. Being a hairstylist requires skills lol. Don't charge 200+ for a cut and color when you don't have the means to do what the client is asking.

I had the best experience at Jeicobyscott salon. Walking in you’re greeted by a friendly receptionist who will check you in. While you wait there’s comfortable seats or a little store you can check all handmade jewelry. It’s so nice! The environment is so friendly and beautiful. The salon you can tell was decorated with so much love, every detail had me in awe. I loved my hairstylist. I personally hate going to salons due to social anxiety. Hairstylist can be so chatty and when you’re always overthinking your replies it can ruin the experience for me but Keishly was perfect. She understood I was a quiet client and never made me feel uncomfortable. She asked questions, made sure I made every decision each step and never made me feel like I had to chit chat and didn’t seem bothered by it either. I’m so happy I found this salon and have already told two of my friends about it and we’re already planning a girls salon day there!

Went in for a beard trim and Sydonie was very friendly and personable. Not only did she do a great job and quickly with my beard, but also applied her knowledge of hair to a problem I was having at no additional charge! … Now I can’t say that everyone will get free hair advice, but I wanted to mention it as this was simply for a 15 minute beard trimming and it was above and beyond! Would definitely go back anytime.

When I moved towns over, I was worried about where I would find a good new haircut spot.
JeicobyScott Salon put those worries to bed fairly quickly.
Great and reliable customer service, and hairstylists/barbers that really put effort into making things happen.
I recently had the fortune of being paired with Sydonie as my new barber, and couldn't have left happier. Barely gave any real input and she nailed the cut.
I've received an uncomfortable amount of compliments on her haircut, however I'm sure after the next one, I'll get used to it.
Couldn't recommend her or JeicobyScott more.

It has been YEARS since I went to ANY hair place! I gave up looking when people treated me like I was an alien for having hearing devices! They were friendly, humorous and very attentive! Even with the incision that is still healing they were amazing perceptive and gentle! Sidroney was amazing! I feel like a GIRL for once in my adulthood! Thank you for the kindness, and feeling confident again!

Still waiting to receive a reply EMAIL to confirm a refund for the remainder of deposit after 20% is held for same day cancellation. The miscommunication was clarified in person by someone other than the owner weeks ago: 1)the automated refund and policy per appointment message was not sent to me; I only received an email confirmation of the charge as receipt 2) calling one another at the same time about the cancellation, my mistake thinking the text reply from the salon was due to the voicemail I left and emails sent because it was genuinely AT THE SAME TIME as determined by the time stamped images I presented to the Non-owner. 3)I am recovering from a concussion AND tech is not my specialty, which we all joyously laughed about with the saying "when it rains" at reception while I was being coerced into paying for 6 hours despite the beginning rate listed as $150 per BOOKABLE HOUR of client tolerable work done, and expressing that 3 hours was MY personal limit for such an appointment- because "Mistakes happen, and you can just call us if anything changes" said Jeicoby, which made me feel comfortable about such a luxury expense. After posting this, within three hours the owner is able to respond on this Google platform, despite waiting weeks to get a call back or returned email. At the time of your calls, I did not have a voicemail box; there are not eight voicemails. I received 2 phone calls from a number I was later able to identify as the salon (no vmail means no identifiers ) and 6 automated texts about confirmation for two days prior. Knowing that same day cancellation at least gives Sydonie 20% of the deposit felt best- I could not justify spending that money on myself for superficial appearance and was not interested in ripping anyone off. I did what I was supposed to, followed all the cute rules, and expressed myself clearly to the staff that has responded, albeit ridiculously charged up. I have been forward, honest, and respectfully announce again that I am simply waiting to see about the salon policy being honored, by the salon. Thank you.
